I pulled ahead to the machine, and I was having trouble lining my car up with the tracks. The older man who was working the line began screaming at me. I had my window rolled down and explained that I couldn't hear, but the man threw down his hose and hat in frustration with me and continued screaming at me. I finally got my car in position -- much shaken up -- and made it through. When I got to the exit, the younger blond man was there apologizing profusely for his coworker's behavior. I get that we all have bad days, but this was bad. This shall, however, be the last time I visit that location; I have no desire to encounter that "gentleman" again.
