I'm not sure what's happened to this business. The communication and customer service have…read morecompletely fallen off. I've used this service twice in the past to my satisfaction. However, more recently, when I emailed them to set up a new cleaning (as their website suggests you do), I didn't get a response after a full month. At this point, I tried calling their number. They answered but refused to schedule an appointment with me over the phone, insisting that I text that number instead. I did so, and the gentleman merely "liked" my request for a new detailing appointment. A week later, and there has been no further communication: no asking for more info, no offers of appointment times, nothing. That's three separate attempts over three separate methods of communication, and zero progress. If you're hoping to get this business to come out and serve you, good luck. Maybe you'll get lucky, and they'll actually engage with you.

Don't trust this place to take your vehicle for service work or repairs. Although his shop did some…read moregood work in the past, the owner is a game player, who wastes customer time, can be impolite, and seems high strung, on edge, and ready to snap. I can also add that he seems phony. I can't recommend Bush Auto, ever. He is fairly new, but if he keeps treating customers as he has treated me recently, he may not be in business for very long. If Bush Auto fails, it's because the owner is lacking in customer service and people skills. If in Humboldt, TN., go to Cowans or Dover Auto, or anywhere else. Those places will give good service, not play games, or waste time. Cowans and Dover Auto will also treat the customer with respect, which goes a long way.
