Zero stars. I went in to Take 5 a month ago to cancel membership because it went from $16 a month to $24 a month with no notice. I was told I could use the facility until 4/28, then it was canceled. To my surprise, my bank got charged on 4/29 for $24. I shouldn't have been charged again. I'm going to cancel again and cancel my bank card. Don't use this place. They will steal from you. read more

While washing our car the car wash machine ripped off our back wiper blade. Stuff happens in car washes I get that except when I went to go get it from the worker he said "oh yea that keeps happening" why are you not fixing a machine that breaks off wipers off. Participated in a promotion where $15 was loaded into my "Take 5" account when I downloaded their app. Went this morning and was told by employees at gate that they had never used a promotional credit in the app and I would have to enter my credit card number. I left as I did not want to give my credit card and be charged a monthly fee and not be able to cancel it (as others have complained about in their reviews). Was down in Parker so went to "Take 5" on Lincoln. Used the $15 credit in app with no problem, no credit card info, just swiped the bar code on my phone. Maybe the employees at Quincy location should be educated on how their system works and be taught how to help customers not try to give them incorrect information and turn them away? read more

This place was great when it first opened. I bought a membership and now I regret it. They seem to use less and less water every time I go. The last two times I've went there is still soap visible in my mirrors and on the back. Today the top brush did not come down during the wash. Power brushing before grit and salt have been rinsed off is going to lead to lots of scratched cars. Don't take your car here if it's new. read more

I had purchased a membership, but when I found out I was going out of town, I decided to go to the Take5 Car wash on on 21435 E Quincy Ave. in Aurora Colorado. I explained to the worker I wanted to cancel my membership. She said she would cancel in for the following month so I will have until the 11th of the following month. So the following month they charged me again. I went to the Take 5Car Wash and explained (what is written above). The worker went to get the manager on duty. The manager was so rude and told me we don't give refunds. I said this wasn't my fault. She rushed to the office and canceled my membership a gave a number to call. Very rude!!! Never apologized. She just wanted me out of her store. Then, the number she gave me 855-928-5585 got me to the Take5 Oil Change. They were just as rude and would transfer me to an automated message. I called 5 different times to explain what is happening and they would just transfer me. Very rude!!! read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My daughter had severe damage done to her car in this car wash. The manager or owner will not return her calls, and is unwilling to even consider solving the issue, which was clearly the car wash's fault. At first I was a little annoyed because there was an "event" going on where a local high school basketball team was supposed to be helping people dry their cars or something however all the kids were just standing around and being rude. Needless to say as soon as I found a real employee they were extremely helpful and helped me clean my Weathertech mats that wont fit in the mat cleaning machine. Their vacuums are extra "suck-y" :) and the wash itself left may car extra clean. 4 -stars to keep the kids fundraising events away from now on. Ill be back many times. read more

Wash at your own risk! Membership is very reasonable at $14/month. However, brushes are very rough on car. They would bend my license plate over every time I washed. Didn't care because I had an older car until it broke off my drivers side view mirror and cost me a couple hundred dollars to repair. Female technician on duty tried to tell me mirror had pre-existing damage which was bs. Pointed to sign exempting them for any damage liability. Completed damage report but just got a call back saying they reviewed tae and wash didn't malfunction. Won't ever use them again. Use a touch less wash is my recommendation read more

I had a membership with this location about a year and steadily watched it decline in service. I had the basic car wash which was good for getting rid of the top layer of dirt and road gunk. Any deeper wash, I preferred to do myself. But after the first few washes I realized my tailgate wasn't getting clean anymore, then again the wash had already started on the car 2 feet behind me. I did my best to manage my own spacing with the cars in front of me but I had to be careful with that too. Once I left too much room for the automated system's liking and the door at the end of the car wash nearly came down on the hood of my car, stopping the wash while I was still in it. After this happened, I had a very apothetic attendant tell me he would tell his manager about the incident. A few more months of lack luster washes I started to notice that if I arrived at the same time as someone with a more expensive membership, their car would be allowed in the wash first. This was highlighted by a time I waited at the check in arm for three cars in one lane to pass me as I waited. No option to leave as I had a line behind me. From that time on I started getting my two washes a month and staying away from crowds, still almost getting clipped by vehicles exiting the wash when I was backing out of the vacuum stalls several times in these non-busy periods. That leads us to today, I wanted a wash before I had to leave for work. Not ideal for me, Saturday at 11am, but it was the only time I had. A large vehicle entered the wah before me and I attempted to give myself a little extra space than the guide was ushering me towards but there was a growing line behind me so the space was still short. The wash goes as planned until the end. The large vehicle stops to utilize the air driers even though the flashing light at the end is telling him to go. The automated belt is bringing my car closer and closer to his tailgate. So I slam on my horn. The car wash shuts off as it's supposed to and the car in front of me, realizing what he's done, quickly drives off. So now I'm stuck on a conveyor belt that is not moving and a wash that is shut down. No attendant appears to figure out what happened so I put my car in gear and drive the last 6 feet out. No driers and I'm fuming so I don't stop for the vacuums. Still no attendants to come ask what happened. I attempt to call the number on my membership application paperwork. Out of order. I call the number on the website and it takes me to voicemail before someone picks up. I tell him that my car has almost been damaged on several occasions and I'm so angry I'm ready to cancel my membership. Instead of apologizing he gives me vague instructions to cancel on the website. Save yourself the money and potential damage to your car. Do not bring your vehicle here. read more

Take 5 destroyed the passenger side mirror of my 4 Runner when one of the arms bent the mirror backwards until the mirror mounting cracked open. I submitted a damage claim and was told they would hear from me in about 2 days. 2 weeks later when I call them back there is no answer at the phone (they have not ever answered in the 8-10 times I have called). The only time they ever got back to me was when I threatened with a bad review. The manager left a message asking about the damage, which I returned and I have never heard from them again. I actually went to the office and was given the same "We will get back to you in around 2 days" that was weeks ago. This all happened at the end of June, it is now Aug 26 and my mirror is still broken. So when your car is ruined by their machinery the MO is stall, stonewall, and ignore. So now I'm following through on my word. This is a company that will gladly take your money and do a poor job cleaning your car, (it never cleaned the back of the car with giant missed spots) and when they damage your car, then good luck. DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH! read more

On 11-12-2019 at 9:30 a.m. I was entering the Wild Blue Car Wash on Quincy in my Audi. There was a white Jeep in front of me that didn't drive away after her wash. I was being pulled on a conveyor belt towards her car, so I started honking for the attendant to stop the carwash. But he just stood there and didn't do anything. My Audi crashed into the Jeep and was pushed under her bumper till my car started twisting sideways & still I kept honking! Finally the woman attendant stopped the car wash and ran out to me. The woman in the Jeep started her car and drove away. The attendant told me that I should follow her to get her insurance information. She was already driving down Quincy by this time, I never would have caught her. I told her that they should have turned the car wash off, I was honking HARD! We went into her office to do an incident report when the male attendant came in the office. He said how sorry he was, that it was completely his fault, that he had put on his headphones and did not hear me honking. The woman was saying F$*k F$*k F$*k. She was cussing and grumbling about how sick she was about this $h*t happening. She had said that she assumed that the man was going to take care of me honking, that she was dealing with an Internet issue in the office when she heard my car honking. She said that I should go get a body shop estimate and email it to her. My grille was broken, and I wasn't sure what other damage had been done. I was obviously upset. I called the Sheriff to make a police report, but they said that they wouldn't dispatch someone there because it was private property. The next day a huge long crack appeared in the paint of my hood where I was pushed under the Jeep, and it started peeling up in a sharp sheet. I drove to the car wash and showed it to her & we looked at the video footage which clearly showed that there was no crack on my hood before. My grille was broken during the accident, and I didn't know what other damage had occurred. I went to get an estimate. I emailed the estimate to her as she instructed, but never heard back from her. So I went back to check in on 11-24-19 with my 9 year old daughter. The woman wasn't there, but a different manager was. I said I was following up on the estimate to repair my car. He said the car wash wasn't liable for the damage to my car. When I mentioned that his employee even claimed responsibility for their obvious negligence, and pointed out that they usher cars into the wash one after the other without leaving even two feet between cars, he said that the car wash had no legal obligation to space out the cars OR to have an attendant in the wash bay. He said that this removed any liability from the attendant not stopping the wash. He went on to rant that this was his job and he did it every day. He said that this has happened 5 other times, and that the wash wasn't responsible for damaging any of those customer's cars. I pointed out that if it's happened 5 other times, it was obviously an issue and if this was his job he wasn't very good at it. He took offense and started to yell at me to get out of his office, that I couldn't insult him like that. He was threatening to call the police while I stated that he was WAY over reacting, and that if he continued to allow cars to be damaged this way without taking precautions to try to avoid it from happening, it stood to reason that he was not good at his job. He was screaming shrilly and pointing for me to, "Get Ouuuuuutt!" while his other employees looked on amused and my daughter looked shocked. I asked for his name, which he refused to give me. I asked for the owner's name, which he refused to give me. Finally he said his name was "Nicholas Bush, and you can do with that what you will." I took my daughter by the hand and left. I spoke with my lawyer, who reassured me that this was indeed their liability issue, and that we're all lucky I wasn't hurt. I filed a case with the BBB, and will seek legal recourse if it doesn't get remedied. Just thought I'd share my experience. read more

I went to this car wash for the first time today and had a great experience! Very similar to other car washes, but the Customer service here is much better. When I first pulled up I think it was the manager came up and asked if it was my first time. When I told him that it was he explained all of the packages to me and welcomed me to the car wash. He also told me to come back and use the free vacuums anytime, even if I don't get a wash. My car came out clean and it's REALLY nice that they have wide vacuum spots, with vacuums for each side of your car. I'll be coming back! read more

Normally don't do this type of thing but I felt compelled: I have spoken to 3 of the managers And out of respect will remain nameless. I had an incident at this place on Sunday in which a collision happened between another car and mine. Let me be clear, I'm not upset about the accident, I'm upset about the experience from the group of managers that handled the situation. I strongly feel like had the situation been different, there would have been legitimate negligence. Possibly a wild blue policy or procedure issue and not the managers fault, but the staff did not make the situation easier at all. I would not recommend this car wash, and on the off chance something bad happens, you'll be left feeling very concerned. Spoke to the GM there for about 20 minutes and he was incredibly defensive (not rude, just combative) and took no real time to digest the concerns or pose what would be a common sense type empathy to me. Not to mention he took 72 hours to even address the situation. I could go on and on, but I think the picture is pretty clear. Do NOT give your money to this business. read more

Hello, I am writing to share the experience I just had at the Wild Blue Car Wash on Quincy in Aurora this morning. I have been a customer at this location since the very beginning and I've always liked the customer service I've received. I am a monthly member and I love this wash and keeping my car clean. Today however when the manager Nick Bush spoke to me I felt really upset. He said he refused to wash one bug off my windshield. I expressed frustration because it's right in my vision of driving and it hasn't come off the last 4 trips I've been through. In the past, people just took care of me and that's what kept me coming back. Nick spoke over me and wouldn't listen to me today. I felt he was talking down at me and being condescending. When I left, he had a mean/smug gotcha type smile on his face. I thought you might want to know that I don't feel welcome coming back because of his lack of customer service and poor attitude. He kept loudly saying, "I'm sorry you feel that way" to me over and over... So much so, I was unable to talk or express my concerns. I asked for a manager, and he said there was no one above him. Nick refused to give me any contact information. I asked to be contacted by someone above him and he also refused that. Thank you for the good service I've received in the past. I know if I owned this car wash I wouldn't want my customers to ever walk away feeling as bad as I did today. read more

Hello, I just had a great experience at the Wild Blue Car Wash in Aurora, Colorado. Daniel, Sydney, and Tyler? I'm pretty sure I'm wrong on Tyler's name, but I'm very fortunate for their service! I went through the wash, and got to the vacuum station right outside of the wash. I had accidentally knocked my door closed as I was vacuuming my car out, only come to realize the doors auto locked. My car keys were sitting on the drivers seat. I walked into the office of the car wash and Daniel asked if I had triple A or any service I could call to get the keys out of my car. My house is just down the street, so I called my mom to come get them. She did, and while I waited, Daniel, Sydney, and Tyler?, asked if I wanted a water to drink, and made me feel comfortable in the office while I waited. Thank you gentlemen, and may I please ask that these men get a raise? EXCELLENT job! My car was washed around 11:30 today, and these three men did the BEST job in customer service! read more
