The owner Lori was exceptional... you can tell that she really loves and cares for cats. The location itself was beautiful, there were little cottages for the cats with cute little kitty window suites inside of them. The place was clean, calm and upon arrival... there was cat nip treats & soothing music playing throughout the cabin. Because we don't have a car, Lori was nice enough to delivery our kitty for a small fee. When Mickey came back to us he was calm and I could tell that he was really cared for while we were away. I picked up my dog after a week and she seemed depressed. She wasn't her normal bouncy self in the car ride home. When we got home she was shivering and went straight to her bed and never moved. I do not feel that they paid any attention to her at all and if they did it was negative. I will never board my dog here again.

When we arrived we were greeted with a smile and Thunder was very calm. I was assured that he would blend into his size group, I was asked for any allergies and alot of caring questions. My dog has gastro problems and very sensitive to chicken so had to ensure it was communicated. Thunder was handed over and he stayed so calm, good sign and gave me assurance he would be fine. Picked him up after a few days and he was really good and happy, didnt show signs of any stress even after arriving home. Whew! Second stay 3 weeks later and same result. Awesome experience, Thunder was happy and no stress. Thank you to Stephanie and Linda for your care. You had many reservations, but still allowed Thunder to come. I did not catch his name but the man helping us was obviously an animal lover and was not looking to upsell us. His goal was to help us get all the essentials to take good care of our kitten. He was super friendly and threw in some different samples of foods, toys and other pet stuff for us to try with our kitten. The store also offers trial runs on pet food so you can find the right one for you. This will be the only pet store I will be going to from now on.
