And continuing. They do not respond to any calls, messages or tickets. I have attached receipts of funds pulled, and status, and no response or a "resolved issue" response when no one has had a chance to view the ticket. I've even tried rebooting the router to no avail. Also, Starlink payment option has been faulty for weeks, so have to use ACH (can take up to 5 days) | have reported this, no fix. Or answer. I have tried the web browser, a computer, and as there tech support says "incognito mode". Doesn't work. The bank says it's the merchant "Starlink". For people who have security systems and work from home, this is not okay. Plus now having to pay $21 every 6 hours just for hotspot waiting on Starlink!
