She is a pretty good seamstress. I dropped off a few dresses to be hemmed after being told it'd be $10 per dress. When I picked up the dresses, she wanted to charge more but honored the price she originally quoted me at... phew. Keep in mind it is cash only. Luckily I was still able to pick up the dresses and I paid the rest of the charge later.

Over the course of those months, she had time to work on many wedding dresses, which were dropped off long after my coats were. With the advent of wedding season, my coats were deprioritized. When I finally got my coat, it had been relined (which I did NOT want or ask for) and an antique button was LOST. I was sympathetic to the fact that she'd been in a bad accident, but there is not excuse for devaluing one client in favor of others.
