They are apparently under new management, and on our last visit, they lost two $250 items of our clothing, and also mistakenly gave us an item belonging to someone else, who must now be missing that item. When we went in to talk to the owner about it, she denied having made the mistake, never offered any sort of monetary compensation for the items they lost, and in fact never even discounted the cost of the cleaning for the order that resulted in the lost items. Upon looking around the inside of the store, I saw no place you could undress behind a curtain to get your clothing fixed on the spot. It became clear that if you want your clothing fixed, it will take a week for it to be done. The gentleman said so. The language spoken in this store are Spanish and English. I guess the pervious owners/workers have moved on. Since I did not wish to wait a week for my pants to be fixed, I thanked the and moved on to another cleaners. I will say this sucks. There are large to very massive sized dryers as well. Note: The newer, shiny industrial size dryers are hot! I put in a queen sized comforter and it was dry in less than 15 minutes. I would start with 10 minute intervals and add quarters as needed. I almost put in 40 minutes worth of quarters which would have been way too much. The machines operate on coins only, specifically quarters. There is a change machine on hand to break down small bills up to a $20 bill into quarters. They have a laundry service as well. I noticed people dropping off and picking up their laundry. Not too crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Very pleased. In addition, there are more than 6 casual dining places within the same plaza, so you can grab a bite to eat while waiting for clothes to wash and dry.

The other kind wants to build a relationship and customer loyalty. I gave them a second chance after they screwed something up, figuring everyone makes mistakes. But then it happened again, and the same indifferent customer service. So this place misses deadlines, screws up alterations, and generally delivers poor customer service, probably on the assumption that there will be another huckleberry along behind you. Don't be that huckleberry. There are better options around - Hillwood just down the street will do whatever they can to help you or make a mistake right.

I guess that makes sense because people who run laundromats have lots of with broken equipment. Anyway, I dropped off a bunch of laundry and it was clean, dry, and folded the following morning. They did a great job and even listened to my requests for some minor special handling. While I was there, I learned they also wash larger items, like weighted blankets, take in dry cleaning, and do alterations. Frankly, before this I never even realized they were there, and I've gone past there store 100s of times. I'll certainly use them for WDF the next time I need it. That may be in a few days since, sadly, the circus is still in town.
