They are apparently under new management, and on our last visit, they lost two $250 items of our clothing, and also mistakenly gave us an item belonging to someone else, who must now be missing that item. When we went in to talk to the owner about it, she denied having made the mistake, never offered any sort of monetary compensation for the items they lost, and in fact never even discounted the cost of the cleaning for the order that resulted in the lost items. Upon looking around the inside of the store, I saw no place you could undress behind a curtain to get your clothing fixed on the spot. It became clear that if you want your clothing fixed, it will take a week for it to be done. The gentleman said so. The language spoken in this store are Spanish and English. I guess the pervious owners/workers have moved on. Since I did not wish to wait a week for my pants to be fixed, I thanked the and moved on to another cleaners. I will say this sucks. I really do miss the two cleaner places I liked to go to. It is a pity they shutdown.

There are large to very massive sized dryers as well. Note: The newer, shiny industrial size dryers are hot! I put in a queen sized comforter and it was dry in less than 15 minutes. I would start with 10 minute intervals and add quarters as needed. I almost put in 40 minutes worth of quarters which would have been way too much. The machines operate on coins only, specifically quarters. There is a change machine on hand to break down small bills up to a $20 bill into quarters. They have a laundry service as well. I noticed people dropping off and picking up their laundry. Not too crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Very pleased. In addition, there are more than 6 casual dining places within the same plaza, so you can grab a bite to eat while waiting for clothes to wash and dry.
