There were some grilled red onions, that added a nice sweetness. I've never had red onions on my tacos, but from now on, they will be the go to. The tacos were served with salsa Verde. It had the right amount of spice and tartness. Probably from tomatillos. There was also sour cream on the side. Delicious and presented well. I recommend trying them the next time you go skiing.
