He also ordered an appetizer of these rice paper dumplings filled with ground pork. The first thing I noticed was the smell of the broth when the pho came out. It was incredible! The broth was so flavorful and one of the best I've had in a very long time. Didn't need to add any extra sauces :) Lots of noodles and very tender meat. I appreciated they give you a ton of meat. The waitress told us that we could not have different menus (that was already an okay...) so we shared all three in ONE PLATE for each course. Pease see attached photos for the portion size. We were pretty sure that they had given us portions for one or two people, which is fine if they had made a mistake. But when we brought it up, they refused to admit. The place was incredibly busy, and I was offered a seat at the bar. Water was served immediately, and handed a delightfully single page organized menu! Service was very attentive. I ordered: Aperol Spritz- which is the best one I have ever had! Edamame-as a starter. Veggie Ramen And mochi for dessert. The Ramen came out first which I was puzzled by, asking if I had ordered the edamame and a female waitress said yes it was on its way. She handed me an oversized bib to wear while eating my Ramen.
