He also ordered an appetizer of these rice paper dumplings filled with ground pork. The first thing I noticed was the smell of the broth when the pho came out. It was incredible! The broth was so flavorful and one of the best I've had in a very long time. Didn't need to add any extra sauces :) Lots of noodles and very tender meat. I appreciated they give you a ton of meat. The Ramen came out first which I was puzzled by, asking if I had ordered the edamame and a female waitress said yes it was on its way. She handed me an oversized bib to wear while eating my Ramen. It was absolutely adorable with fun graphic on the front. There were 3 different sauces you can add to heighten the spice of the ramen. And oh my heavens it was so good! Completely fresh ingredients.. a mountainous amount of veggies (no skimping here!) and all for 10€! Impressive!
