Overall: If you're looking for quick Asian fusion food that's not fast food after shopping all 6 floors of this shopping center, this may hit the spot. I wouldn't say it's spectacular but it's more relaxing than the À la cart option near by on the same floor. Location: It's located on the 6th floor on the other side of the restroom (which had an insane line). Service: For being in an upper scale mall that has all high end brands, you would expect it to be extremely busy but they were about half full. The good thing is that this restaurant had a patrons of all age. Food: They had a lot of options different options from Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai. I believe they work in conjunction with the kiosk in front for their bubble tea/dessert which would explain the separate menu. I ordered the pineapple fried rice. Aesthetically, it sold me but I wish it did the same with the taste. It tasted like regular fried rice with pineapples and shrimp. There are lots of good things about this place. One, this place has a good view of the Eiffel Tower. Two, the hot tea tastes very good and authentic. Three, the sushi was better than I expected. You should come here also because the staff was very friendly and the people who served us spoke English. So, if you are a tourist and don't speak French you should come. We had a horrible experience at Panasia restaurant! The service started out decent, but went downhill from there. The food was brought out quickly, however two items were not correct. They fixed one and refused to collect the second item and proceeded to tell us we must pay for it. The server also told my brother that he did in fact order an item which he did not. We then had to speak with another employee. It was changed and was wrong a second time! My sister is vegan she and ordered vegetable dumplings & mixed vegetables. She was enjoying both items and soon realized that the dumplings had chicken in them and worse, an unwanted caterpillar in the mixed vegetables!!! *(Picture attached)* Only one item was removed from the bill and I was forced to pay for items that I didn't receive and or that were completely wrong! I'm surprised by all the negative reviews! We thought this place was pretty solid. Thai beef salad was very nice. The Lok lak got my Cambodian wife's seal of approval. Only thing that wasn't great was the pho, definitely didn't have much of those traditional Vietnamese spices to it. But overall we enjoyed this meal. read more

We gave in our order and nothing happens for the first 1 hr, i saw other people that came later than us getting their food served. I passed on many other options in the food area because the menu looked promising since I am a plant based eater. However, I was very disappointed with this restaurant. Our waiter was very rude and when time to order asked my family and I in an unkind & rushed manner, "what do you want?" We should have seen that as a red flag but looked past his behavior. I ordered the cabbage and mushroom veggie dish because it was listed as a vegan option. The veggies were cooked well, unfortunately I found a caterpillar in my meal. I also ordered the veggie dumplings because they were listed as vegan. Unfortunately, I was brought the chicken dumplings and ate one. When my family and I notified our server of the issues, he did not try to fix it. Instead, he got upset, and walked away. Another one of his coworkers who was very kind had to come over and tried to make me something else. At that point I was over it. We paid and left. There was a caterpillar in the food. The service was not good and they messed up multiple dishes with our group order. Also the server tried to force me to eat a dish that I did not order!
