Handmade Asian noodles and you could definitely taste how fresh it was. The soup had the perfect amount of flavor and there offer a variety of noodle and wonton dishes. I would not recommend getting anything that isn't soup based because I did see them using the microwave to heat up rice and hot items before serving them to the customers which was weird to me. Go for the noodle soups and you will be happy with your choice. The staff wasn't too friendly but maybe because it was pretty busy in there today.

Love love this place. Never disappoints. The shrimp noodle soup or the beer noodle soup are amazing. Also the grilled dumplings. Get there earlier at lunch time cuz it gets PACKED The staff is so friendly and welcoming. It's really cool to see a lot of locals eating there (I mean not just chinese people haha )

There's a line or wait during dinner time. Seating space is comfortable enough but you may be a feet away from strangers tables since the place is so small. The food is worth it and delicious Chinese food! Beef noodle soup is a must try if you like beef. They gave plenty of meat and plenty of noodles. The noodles were super soft and handmade! The best I've had. People of all races come here. Very affordable 20€ for 2 beef noodle soups and the 3rd dish was dumplings! The dumplings were piping hot and tasty.

One of my better decisions for trying to find some authentic Chinese food in Paris! I highly recommend ordering their beef noodle soup with the hand pulled noodles. There were other native Chinese speakers in the restaurant and the owners were Chinese themselves. Two thumbs up, the soup stock had depth and it was a normal portion. I would definitely return again should I find myself in the city! Service could be friendlier, but hey I didn't come for that, as long as the food is good I'm satisfied.

Chineese noddle restaurant. Good lunch spot for €10 to €20. Gets busy... definitely worth checking out if you're on the hunt for good chinese food.

Fat noodle with pork (middle dish of the last row) delicious!

Oo! This is an awesome noodle place! I've been here three times and when I was back in the states, I was still thinking about Happy Nouilles! The dishes are about 10 Euros or under, so it's easy on the wallet. The noodles are hand pulled and taste amazing. The first time we came, we shared the duck noodle soup which was excellent. The broth was very tasty and the noodles were perfect, with great springiness and chew. The meat was served on the bone though which I didn't care for, but it did taste good. My favorite dish is the Fillament Porc dish with the thick cut noodles; I'm not sure of the exact name. It's the middle dish of the last row of noodle items. It's outstanding! I love the crispy pork belly in it and the noodles are oh so good! The noodles are thick and chewy, and aren't uniform in shape. This is the dish I have ordered three times now! About half way through the dish, I do like to use the condiments on the side for a little extra punch as the taste is a little on the mild side. A little dash of the vinegar and the sriracha are nice to kick up the taste a bit, but it doesn't need it. It's still very good! Heads up: this place is cash only.

We spent a long day exploring Paris and knew that a bowl of fresh hot noodles would hit the spot. The hand pulled noodles with pork in soup and dumplings were amaaazing. The vermicelli noodles were alright, nothing special. We also had the pea shoot vegetables, but were not a fan of the flavor at all, too much fish sauce. This is a great spot if you know what to order!

That is my son trying to eat with someone's ass touching our table and someone right behind him.

Amazing fresh noodles! Really fresh as they're making them right in front of you. The potstickers were pretty good too, as was the beef noodle soup. We got the spicy beef noodle soup. There was a VERY strong flavor like cumin so that kind of ruined it for me but the noodles were so damn good I ate it anyway. It cleared my sinuses. Be warned tho, the restaurant is tiny, a hole in the wall. It is not set up for the amount of customers it gets. Their system is very confusing and chaotic. There was a line to order but then there was people just sitting down and ordering and there was another line for people trying to pay. Only one lady handles both lines and the phone. It was so tight and crowded in there that we ate with someone's ass on our table or in our face almost the whole time. This is definitely NOT a good place for groups or kids. Way too crowded and the tables are tiny.

We ended up here by accident. We were looking for pho and for some reason so Many places are closed on Sunday? Maybe holy day. So the 2 places we looked for pho..closed. We else's by this place and it was crowded outside. I walked Closer and see this Asian guy rolling and making fresh noodles in the window... ok we must go here it's like really fresh. We actually get seated since it was just 2 if us right next to the open kitchen in front. The restaurant was the size of a hallway somehow they jammed pack little tables and chairs in it. The table next to me was like less than a foot away. Talk about in intimate. But never The less the food was delicious. I got the shrimp wonton and Hubs got the spicy Sichuan with beef. Both has a good broth, some bok Choy in it. If your in the area i would recommend.

If you want a bowl of spicy beef noodle soup to warm you up from the cold, this is a really great place to come. It was inexpensive, the food was super fast, the noodles were fresh and handmade right in the front, and the food was delicious. I'd highly recommend this place if you want a break from French food and craving some Asian food / noodles. The place is small, so you may have to wait. We got lucky and didn't have to wait on a Sunday night for dinner around 8:00/8:30 pm, but the tables turnover rather quickly. This is best if you have 2-4 people in your party as the place is not very large and there is not a lot of room or big tables. For comparison of other Asian food in Paris, we had also eaten at Pates Vivantes and Kunitoraya - Bistro Udon for other noodle soups, and this one at Happy Nouilles was our favorite of the 3. All 3 places make their own fresh noodles right there, but this one was our favorite in terms of the dishes, quality, and price. The spicy beef noodle soup is one of their most popular dishes and for good reason - the broth is great, spicy, but not overly spicy where your tastebuds will burn off and you can't taste anything else, and not salty. The noodles were chewy and al dente, and the beef was well marinated, the texture was good, and had lots of flavor and spices. This is a traditional Taiwanese beef soup. We also got a stirfry dish of noodles and beef, which was also good. Not too many vegetables, but the sauce was good and the right amount, and we finished every little bit. We got the gyozas which I could go either way on. They were being made in the back and then brought out on a tray, and then warmed up in the microwave when you ordered them. The skin was a bit on the thicker side, but the gyozas were a decent size and not super small. They were good, but not sure I would necessarily get them again. Most the dishes are around 10€, and reasonable for the quantity of food you get. I'd definitely come back here! It's a great place if you like noodles and Asian food!

Porc haché with spicy miso broth

Its embarrassing but I've been here 5 times since discovering this place just 3 weeks ago. It's a small Chinese restaurant and if I hadn't read the reviews online, I probably just would've walked right past it like I do for most of the other Asian restaurants in the area. They hand-make their noodles and they are seriously so delicious! At only 6.90€ for a bowl of noodles..it is such a satisfying dinner! I've tried the "Sichuan", the lamb, beef, and the porc haché. Sichuan is a spicy broth and it comes with beef brisket but sometimes they give more tendon then meat which I dont like at all. The broths for lamb and beef are the same but I always ask them to make it spicy and its always the perfect balance! The only thing is, for the porc haché, the broth is a spicy miso broth and its so delicious but extremely salty so be prepared to add water to it yourself in order to dilute it. My favorite pairing with the noodles is by far the lamb. They also have really cheap beer and delicious looking stir fried noodles with their homemade noodles which I need to try at some point. Their nems (egg rolls) are average but they also under-fry it and so you get a bit of the dough-y wrapping that isn't completely cooked all the way through. So glad I found this place, its so close to wear I live! The noodles here are comparable and if not better than most I've had while living in Vancouver and California (which is kinda a big deal).

This was our first meal at Paris. A bowl of noodle after a long flight, it really hit the spot. The reason why I didn't give it a 5 star was the ridiculous wait time. Form the time we sat down to when we each got our noodles, we waited for 45 minutes. For 4 hungry souls, it was painful... once we did get the noodles though, it was very good. Not so good that it made the wait worth it, but good enough to not disappoint us. The noodles were entirely handmade there in the restaurant, it's kinda fun to watch. The noodles are very chewy and fresh, it's also not full-flour noodles. The mixed wheat gave it as peacock taste. I ordered the fat noodles while my other friends ordered the long, regular ones. Aside from the noodles, we also ordered seaweed and pot stickers. Both were very good. We live very close, so it's a 10-min walk. Definitely coming back!

I come to Paris and the first meal I have is Chinese? Yes, because this place is excellent, incredible, and authentic. My boyfriend and I have been a bit disappointed with the availability of really good Chinese places in London. We specifically came here based on the reviews, price, and it's location to our apartment. I am so happy this was our first meal here because it was so delicious, I was tempted to eat here every day. I had my boyfriend order everything in Mandarin and the menu is only in French or Mandarin so I'm not sure how English-speaking friendly this place is but I would still recommend it. The noodles are worth any language barrier! I can't decide what is the best part of the meal; rich soup base, soft noodles, or melt in your mouth beef. And together you get a balanced, perfect beef noodle dish. I felt like I was back in Asia eating at a little family run noodle shop serving the best quality, absolutely delicious noodles. I recommend the third noodle type (counting from left to right on the menu, thinner cut) as it is the easiest to eat. But you really can't go wrong with any dish or noodle type here, I highly HIGHLY recommend this place!
