As a Chinese, I would also recommend this noodle bar.The noodles,Doufu and dumplings are all very tasty.

Ordered N1 and N2, plus 5 pieces of pan fried dumplings for under 30 Euros! The service was so fast and the wait staff were able to speak English and Chinese! (Which isn't always the case in France) I highly recommend N2, which had tender braised beef and fresh noodles in a savory broth. N1 is popular for the size of the bowl but was not as flavored. Tasted like chili oil in water with meat, tofu and bean sprouts. Not the best, but if you can't handle that much spice, this is the dish for you. The chicken dumplings were very flavorful and crispy. They make it in the counter in front of you. Highly recommend, especially for 5 euros.

Many Paris restaurants are closed on Sunday and we found this on to be opened not to far from our hotel on the Seine. Highly rated and for good reason, the food was fresh and delicious. We had spring rolls and dumplings for our appetizers that were wonderful. My wife had noodle soup with shrimp dumplings that was an amazing portion and quite delicious as I had to try some. I had the Szechuan Beef and fried noodles which was fresh and tasty, the best I've ever had anywhere. Ok, the noodles they make are fresh. They're made out front for all to see by an expert noodle maker which is a show in itself to see! The service was timely considering this restaurant was at capacity. We were fortunate to get a spot on the sidewalk and watched as others was for tables or takeout. It's a very popular restaurant with the locals and for Uber eats. All said, if you're in the mood for good, quality Chinese food you should really check this place out.

Fresh handmade noodles made all the difference! Finally found a place not afraid to use spice! ‍

I'm impressed by the busy-ness of this place. We found this on yelp and luckily it was open late. And by 'late' I mean, after 9ish pm, which is late for Paris. We took the train from Acruiel and walked the whole block where it looks like a bunch of yuppies hangout for beer after work. We waited for about 10minutes, the place is small (again, its Paris), and the place was packed. The service was very fast, the noodles were hand-pulled and fresh. They were very accommodating and courteous. The literally served a bottle of wine with their Ramen, if you prefer. (And of course, I prefer) Ramen and Rose, come on now?

    Tagliatelle Szechuan Beef

Tagliatelle szechuan beef. Most pleasant blend of Italian and Chinese I'd ever had lol. Insanely spicy but flavor filled and amazing portion.

What a great find in the busy commercial district of Montparnasse. The noodles were just divine; handmade by the chef you see in the photo. I had the roast duck noodle soup with baby bachoy and cabbage, and my daughter had the zajian noodles with ground pork. We also ordered a plate of sichuan eggplant. Everything was delicious and the staff was kind and gracious speaking mandarin. This was comfort food for us while we were in Paris. I'd come back again for sure!

Really good flavor and large portions. Noodles were very fresh and bouncy. He got the spicy beef and I got crunchy chicken. We also got pork gyoza. Small place. Small bathroom lol good food though. Friendly staff.

This strange fusion of pho broth and ramen noodles will piss off anyone that's looking for an "authentic" experience. However, y'all should get over it and eat up bc this $&@t was delicious. Hit the spot ! And it's conveniently located between two of Hemingway's old drinking spots. Literally hits all marks w me. Excuse my half eaten photo. I promise it's prettier when it comes out.

I was amazed at the quality and authenticity of the noodles here! I came as I was craving Asian food, and noodles are always a safe bet. The place is small, so be prepared to wait. Seating can be very squished, but it just makes the experience seem that much more cozy! They have an actual employee stretching them, Lanzhou style, which is entertaining to watch. I ordered the traditional Lanzhou spicy beef noodles, and was super surprised that it was VERY SPICY. I'm talking numb your mouth spicy...so spicy I couldn't finish it sadly! However, the taste was authentic and rich; there are a lot of seasonings in the broth, and the meat was hearty as well. I'm not sure if you can ask for it less spicy as they probably make the broth in a huge batch, but for all the spicy lovers out there, this is perfect! You can also choose other types of noodle dishes that were not as spicy, plus lots of veggie/meat dishes.

Our walk back from the Notre Dame Cathedral to the Novotel Montparnasse is no joke. It's the fall season as well, the sun is down and the temperature has dropped a good amount. We were in search for a Chinese food shop well, so when we came about this restaurant, we were sold. What better on a cold evening than a steaming hot bowl of noodle soup. Take a good look at the logo,, now take a look at the guy in the open kitchen prepping, mixing and stretching the noodles. Do they look alike?? The answer is yes,, that's the same guy. The head honcho and the owner of the restaurant working side by side with the people on the floor. So anyways, let's get to the food. For starters,, spring rolls, jelly fish and gyoza. Spring rolls came with a few lettuce leafs,, wrap them up in it, dip it in the sauce and it's totally delish. Then the jelly fish was great,, jellyfish is neutral in taste so the seasoning and marinade makes the dish, and it did. Then the gyoza were pretty good as well. For the main event was my spicy beef noodle soup. The broth was very well seasoned. The veggies, specially the chinese kale is a perfect accompaniment to the meats inside the bowl. When you take a mouthful of noodles, you immediately taste the difference of freshly made noodles. It's nice and chewy with an egg finish to it. No this isn't a ramen shop,, it's a chinese noodle shop so please don't embarrass yourself by comparing apples to peaches. It might look almost alike but they're totally different. Thank you for reading my review. I'll be dining here again next time the mood strikes.

AMAZING FOOD! The noodles are the best that I've ever had. The staff are kind and helpful. The soup is absolutely delicious and such a great price. I came back twice during my week in Paris

He was fair in how he handled the orders once we were seated, and asked in order of who entered first. I had their cascade petit for €38 and it came with 4 tiers. We were able to customize each layer and we chose steamed buns for the top layer, pork intestines for the second, grilled meat for the third, and this sour vegetable and fish broth for the last. We grilled our own meat and ordered some additional hot pot items for the last layer. The soup is actually tasty but gets tiring when you have a large amount of it.
