From the moment I arrived, he was extremely rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. He immediately started lecturing me about "honesty" when I had done absolutely nothing wrong, then told me to "stop right there and don't move forward." I was so taken aback by his behavior that I got back in my car and left. The entire interaction was bizarre, confrontational, and completely unnecessary. The appointment form was excessive. The business also operates out of a POD container, which was unexpected. Just look at how he responds to the 1-star reviews -- that tells you everything you need to know. I should have listened to those reviews before making the appointment. Save yourself the trouble and take your shoes somewhere else. Something is seriously wrong with this guy.
