The only other issue I had with them is that when I texted them a photo of my shoes they quoted me $20 but when I brought them in, he said his dad must have seen the picture and only saw that the heel was worn and needed replacing so my bill ended up being a total of $149.82 with tip because they require payment ahead of time so I was hoping they would do an amazing job. Now, I wish I would have waited to give them a tip after the job being done. Anywho. Shoes were not done and remember, they never called to tell me. Owner handed me the purse and said it was $10.75. For three drops of glue. I let him hold it. Literally, he is still holding it.
