My average rating is ~3.4 out of 5, and I hereby give one of my rate 5-star ratings to Wyatt. They can do most anything, so check out their web page. Lots of services. Wife has a pair of quality leather sandals that needed straps repaired and it was done, professionally, without any issues. They also have quite a selection of shoe laces. A minor point but shoe laces are hard to find and harder to find a selection of options. This is a family operation and so is the atmosphere. They know their trade, so do not hesitate to come in.

We've used them for alterations, repairing a purse, and most recently - to starch shirts. I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think they take checks either.

I finally took a pair to Sam's (located in Downtown Matthews). The lady working at the front (maybe the owner) was so friendly, such a breath of fresh air! I also had some dry cleaning - the cost to replace my heel tips, 2 pairs of pants and a shirt dry cleaned was only 18 and some change. Very very reasonable! This is my new go-to dry cleaner (and shoe repair) to support a really friendly local business!

Not only was she able to repair it, but it only costed me $12. Now I didn't expect her to completely restitch the shoe back exactly how it was, but she was able to make it less noticeable. Now I can wear my shoes outside. I'll be back to bring a jacket in that I need to have altered.

The business also operates out of a POD container, which was unexpected. Just look at how he responds to the 1-star reviews -- that tells you everything you need to know.
