The interior is so well-designed, tasteful, and cozy, it feels like they should be offering massages too. I was apprehensive about placing this favorite member of my wardrobe into unproven care, as the alteration required a heightened attention to detail in order to restore its proper structure and original design. The owner assured me it could be done to my exact specifications. She even invited me to try it on so that we could be sure to get it right. I left my shirt and departed, accepting that there was nothing more I could do. It was in their hands, literally. Flash forward to this afternoon; I arrived with fingers crossed hoping for the best, and THE BEST is what was waiting for me. I tried it on to make sure I wasn't imagining the results, and standing in the mirror in the dressing room, my face lit with pure joy. It is so refreshing to encounter this standard of workmanship. They were kind, understanding, and treated my dress with care. It took a little over a week to get my dress back. It's off the side of one of the major surface street roads and has its own parking. The couple who run it are friendly and seem to have a good business. Initially the wife was a little concerned about whether their partner who does pressing could do a full pleat, but after speaking with him, they confirmed it was doable. I left the skirt with them for dry cleaning and pleat pressing. It took a week and the end result was perfect. It almost looked brand new. Pricing was pretty fair. In terms of dry cleaning and pressing, they are good option to consider.

There are always more than 3 attendants present (husband and wife plus other family member) to inspect the garments and jot down what needs to be done. The turnaround time is always within reason (the longest I've ever waited is 6 days and that's only because the wife was sick). The prices are comparable to most cleaners in the area. I'm not giving this place 5 stars because their location is kind of meh to me - next to an always ridiculously busy BoA that has multiple security personnel on any given day and the parking lot has more than a few seriously deep potholes. Also, there's a barber shop 2 stores down that likes to blast their music - so much so that sometimes the bass can be felt at my quiet little dry cleaners.
