He stuck the filters in the bracket, and tossed it in the bottom of the cabinet. This has caused leaks in the system, ever since it was so carelessly, improperly installed. In the future, I will do my own maintenance, and when it's replacement time, it absolutely will not be a Culligan system.

The guy made 2 phone appointments with me and he missed them both. Then after I got the installation, it took a month to get it financed and now I'm still getting notifications from the company that I still owe them money in the amount of the "discounts" I was offered. Looks like they were more like a temporary discount that I would have to pay back, like a loan. If I knew this going in I would've gone with a different company I dropped the review lower because I can't get anyone to return my call and I still haven't gotten my Costco card that was promised. Absolute terrible customer service in the end. Finally got the shop card 6 months later. Also had to get service on my system and the scheduler kept trying to do a short notice appointment, like I don't have a job that I need to notify of my absence for this, and then tried to cancel the day before and reschedule again for the same day. Then they sent me the invoice 11 days past the due date. This has been the absolute worst experience with a company I've had. Nobody seems worried about taking care of the customer or getting things done on time. Go with Rebdird instead.

I have a water well system and contracted Ecowater to change my inline water filter. When the…read moretechnician arrived he did not know how to change the filter and had to call his main office for instructions, which I found somewhat disturbing. He proceeded to shut the water off at an inline vale, but did not turn the power to the well pump off. When the filter was changed and the valve was opened there was no water. The well pump had failed. It cost me over $ 1600 for a new pump. I contacted the owner of Ecowater with my concerns, he denied any responsibility for the pump failure and would have me believe it was pure coincidence. The receipt I received in the mail several weeks later actually stated that " further testing of water was not possible because owner had to leave." Absolutely not true! They couldn't test the water because there was no water. I have done much research on the subject, and it's clear that a pump working against a closed valve will ruin the pump. Not only do I believe the technician was poorly trained, I know for a fact that someone at Ecowater placed a false statement on my receipt. If you have a water well system would you want Ecowater changing your water filter?
