The guy made 2 phone appointments with me and he missed them both. Then after I got the installation, it took a month to get it financed and now I'm still getting notifications from the company that I still owe them money in the amount of the "discounts" I was offered. Looks like they were more like a temporary discount that I would have to pay back, like a loan. If I knew this going in I would've gone with a different company I dropped the review lower because I can't get anyone to return my call and I still haven't gotten my Costco card that was promised. Absolute terrible customer service in the end. Finally got the shop card 6 months later. Also had to get service on my system and the scheduler kept trying to do a short notice appointment, like I don't have a job that I need to notify of my absence for this, and then tried to cancel the day before and reschedule again for the same day. Then they sent me the invoice 11 days past the due date. This has been the absolute worst experience with a company I've had. Nobody seems worried about taking care of the customer or getting things done on time. Go with Rebdird instead.

We have both Culligan water softener and RO system. When the Culligan installer put in our RO…read moresystem, rather than doing it properly, which means mounting the filter bracket on a wall inside the cabinet. He stuck the filters in the bracket, and tossed it in the bottom of the cabinet. This has caused leaks in the system, ever since it was so carelessly, improperly installed. In the future, I will do my own maintenance, and when it's replacement time, it absolutely will not be a Culligan system.

Today (11-6) I have no idea if the softener is working. The RO was crammed in under the sink, is leaking and still have no drinking water. The softener is a huge eyesore at the front if the house. The flimsy cover (see photo) will deteriorate in no time and the system itself sits on the ground inside the "cover/housing unit". I want my $$ back and want them to come and dick up this shabby "stuff" they installed!!!!!
