The broken pipe was under our manufactured home and he quoted me a decent price that was not super expensive. After he fixed this pipe, he said that it may take about an hour for the adhesive to dry because it was still pretty cold outside and that he had to go to another job. He said that he'd check back with me in about an hour and he did so. I then turned the water back on and the pressure was good. Sinclair paid for all of that and to paint entire ceiling. Painter never came to see how it looked after. Also didn't cover everything. We spent hours cleaning paint off counter tops, cabinets, and floor tile. They also got paint down on walls. I went to Sinclair with pictures. Manager was out and staff said he would call me. I never received a call so we were left cleaning the mess and I will have to Paint the walls where they let the rollers hit the walls.
