Sinclair paid for all of that and to paint entire ceiling. Painter never came to see how it looked after. Also didn't cover everything. We spent hours cleaning paint off counter tops, cabinets, and floor tile. They also got paint down on walls. I went to Sinclair with pictures. Manager was out and staff said he would call me. I never received a call so we were left cleaning the mess and I will have to Paint the walls where they let the rollers hit the walls.

So even though AA quoted a much higher price for the new unit than the first company, I was so impressed with Ed and his efforts that I had much more trust in AA and was willing to pay more for work I trusted more. Ed's knowledge of his business and communication skills are excellent, he is very responsive and professional. Ownership was also willing to negotiate on price, which I greatly appreciated. I was pleased to hear about good results from my renter when the work and walkthrough were done. This is a follow-up to my previous review. I called another…read moreplumber regarding my water tank. As it turns out, the work performed previously was shoddy. According to the plumber that repaired my tank, Leak-Tek had used the wrong wire nuts and the wires were loose and arcing. Not only did this keep my tank from working, this could have led to a fire that could have destroyed my home. In addition, the same parts that were replaced by Leak-Tek had to be replaced again. Upon inspection by the plumber, the parts Leak-Tek installed were not OE parts even though it was a warranty repair. I have not had any problems since the legitimate plumbing professional serviced my tank. Be careful with who you choose to do repairs in your home.
