I've done many trainings with several companies that Tad has been involved in and his companies have always provided a good experience. There have been some ups and downs but it seems that they have been doing well since moving to Las Vegas. In the past they offered fantastic hypnosis, NLP, Huna, and Time Line Therapy courses. The stand alone hypnosis courses don't seem to be the main focus anymore and they currently seem to concentrate more on NLP and Time Line Therapy training and leave most of the hypnosis training to graduates of their training. They have probably trained more people in NLP and hypnosis than any other training company. read more

Having practiced NLP for years I had taken my first formal training with Stephan and Shay March 2017. From the first phone call right up to the follow up they exceeded all expectations. Received a call from a woman I think it was one of the owners, of The Tad James Co. Who was selling the week long seminar, when she realized I was not going to buy the seminar she started to offend me and my accent, made a few discriminatory remarks, lost her control and acted in a very hostile manner. She made comments to create emotional damage to see if I would start a confrontation with her. I ended hanging up the phone in shock. She turned in to a collections agent in a second. The woman who called me lacked the basic education, moral and business ethics. I am impressed on how her voice changed and anger was taking over,when she realized that she was not taking my payment for the enrollment. When you are in the business of helping others to heal and achieve the control of their emotions, you need to be healed and have that control yourself. read more

The training was excellent. Stephan and Shay are excellent teachers who took the time to explain seemingly difficult concepts with ease. They were thorough, yet made the time pass quickly by being both witty and engaging. I left with a working ability to facilitate TLP, NLP and Hypnotherapy. I was recovering from an injury which required me to remain still and my 40th birthday was coming up. In yogic tradition, your 40th birthday is quite a milestone as it is believed that is the age when you reach maturity and wisdom. Having been someone who always preferred awareness, it was a milestone I greatly revered. Wanting to gift myself something memorable, I put out the call to the universe that I was looking for a paradigm shift. Since I did constant self work and brought intention to everything I did, I knew this would be a challenge to find. In fact, I questioned if it was even possible for me to find something so radical that it would be capable of providing me with the necessary change of world view. Luckily, or should I say fatefully, I posted on facebook that I was looking for a workshop or training and someone posted about a hypnosis training through The Tad James Company. Having already been introduced to hypnosis, I had been astounded by the seemingly impossible becoming possible. Previously, I had wanted to become certified in hypnosis and so I eagerly jumped at the opportunity to take this training. The trainers, Steph and Shay, were amazing at delivering the material in a way that was easily digestible and at the same time highly entertaining and inspiring. I was hooked. Almost as soon as I came into the class I was put into the sweetest trance. I felt very much like the main character in Office Space; very relaxed, at ease and like everything would take care of itself. Immediately, I started to see personal improvements such as waking up motivated and making better choices. That 3 day class gave me new tools for transformation and I instantly started using self-hypnosis regularly. Really, why wouldn't you? It is a way to know complete relaxation and instill the changes you want in your life. The hypnosis course really just functioned as an appetizer to further my training with The Tad James Co, as I learned about their NLP training and specifically Time Line Therapy. As we all have things which cause traumatic events in our lives, I was greatly looking forward to the resolution which I heard Time Line Therapy provided. As in the previous training, Steph and Shay led the class masterfully. The exercises gave us an opportunity to practice our skills and I was pleasantly surprised at how simple all of the techniques are to put into use. Each time we practiced a new technique, I was simply amazed at how instantaneous these changes took effect. Most of the time, it required more time to define what we wanted rather than to make the transitions. I was able to give up my love of M&M's effortlessly and easily, as well as other harmful habits. The gem of the training for me was Time Line Therapy. To be able to release all negative emotions and limiting beliefs was nothing short of a blessing. Within minutes, people who had experienced debilitating traumas were able to find lasting resolution. Some had seen therapists and psychologists for years with no positive results. All that changed with this training. Everyone in the class had personal breakthroughs. There is definitely a lot of material covered in the training and I have complete confidence in my ability to retain it for Steph and Shay did much to ensure it. Also, their unwavering support has been impressive and priceless. They are always a mere email away and are quick to respond and give direction whenever asked. Luckily, the material is so well ingrained, I highly doubt I will be asking for anymore advice. I have since seen several clients and always know how to proceed, effortlessly and easily. The people I interact with feel a sense of security for I am self-assured and know exactly what to say at all times. Even other hypnotherapists and NLP coaches have commented on how impressive my manner is and I really owe it to this training. When everything was said and done, I realized I had received the paradigm shift I had been searching for. Nothing was the same or ever will be again. My healing process was quickened and a new career has emerged for which I am eternally grateful. My constant bliss is my new norm and one that I wish to share with as many people as possible. Attending the Fastrak NLP Practitioner Training last December has literally changed my life.
