11/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! Starting with Lisa has been by far one of the best decisions I have ever…read moremade in my life, and I've been seeing her for around a decade now. Wow, time flies! Originally I was looking for counseling to help me navigate my feelings around my mom with ALS, with whom I didn't have a good relationship, and since then, she has helped me grow into such a calm, collected, understanding, and strong person. I'd always considered myself strong, but I was very closed off from certain feelings. I can now feel all the things that arise and not be debilitated by them, including the overwhelming empathy I used to have. I can sit comfortably with people I don't agree with, I've learned the power of listening over simply talking, my marriage is absolutely incredible despite serious health challenges and other things life throws, and I am a truly optimistic person now rather than being more of a "realist" who focused more on possible negative outcomes. Life feels fuller, my career(s) keep evolving into better things, and even when I'm not struggling with any issues actively, I still love to have a session and reflect on the current state of life or possible future goals. Traditional counseling has served me decently in the past, but Lisa is 100x better for me since we can mix in everything from things like grief processing and inner child work, to career goals, to spiritual practice. I've never felt like anything off limits and I've never ever felt judged, even when I was so much less emotionally mature early on. If you want to truly transform, I cannot recommend working with Lisa enough!

Lisa Ulshafer has been my life coach and mentor on and off for two years now. I have coached…read moreone-on-one with her, taken her amazingly helpful and engaging online course, and participated in a fantastic workshop she is involved with. The profound sense of gratitude, joy and happiness that I now often experience is credited to her guidance, intuition, and expertise. I am experiencing a sense of well-being that I can't ever remember feeling before. My external life is changing. I have better, healthier relationships, I am more connected and HAPPY. Of course, there will always be things out of my control, but my response and my attitude towards these things has shifted immensely. With Lisa's help, I am building a powerful resiliency and confidence in my own wisdom to help me ride the waves when they come. Maybe it didn't seem like it from the outside, but I was living in the world and always feeling like something was wrong, that I wasn't where I needed to be, that I had to get somewhere else, do something else, be more, and have more...more experiences, more achievements, more love. I enjoy achievement, but my intention was often rooted in a deep sense of unworthiness. I carried a tight anxiety in my chest that almost called forth more fear, and this deeply impacted my ability to feel a sense of lasting peace or joy. These moments were certainly there, but they were fleeting, and I found myself refocusing on the negative. My 'baseline' typically returned to seeking and feeling unsettled. Now, I feel joyful often. I feel like I have a new 'set point'. I have a respect and appreciation for the impact of the past, feel enormous gratitude for all of the blessings that I have today, and I have an excitement about what lies ahead. I'm moving forward and creating a life-by-design that is connected to a higher purpose and supported by a foundation of developing self-worth. How can a 'Thank you' ever encompass the gratitude I have for all of this? You are an (literal) angel, Lisa.

I found Rochiel Wallers' website on a google search after having learned on a podcast about how I…read morecould reprogram my limiting subconscious beliefs through a technique called Psych-k to create the results I wanted for my life. Prior to my sessions with Rochiel, I was insecure, had fear of abandonment due to the dynamics of my childhood and I would often allow myself to enter abusive relationships with the same type of emotionally unavailable men. The destructive pattern of failed relationships was clearly coming from my subconscious beliefs about myself, and I knew I had to change my sabotaging programming to create the life I envisioned for myself that I simply couldn't change with just how I saw myself on a conscious level. After my sessions with Rochiel, I no longer was attracted to and had the desire to date the same type of narcissistic men I used to date in the past. I became secure and the quality of my relationships improved tremendously. It was definitely something I had never experienced before. Eight months after our sessions, I began dating the most loving, emotionally available and mentally stable man I've ever dated in 30+ years and we're now engaged to be married in 2 months! It was very clear to me that my point of attraction began shifting as soon as those limiting beliefs were addressed with the help of Rochiel in very simple but life-changing Psych-k sessions. Forever grateful for Rochiel's beautiful work and for having helped me achieve amazing results in such a short time that I never thought it was possible before! I truly hope that more people get the chance to do the sessions with her and achieve amazing results like I did!

I was desperately searching for something..anything..that might help to save our relationship, and her specialty in couple's coaching represented my very last resort. Jaclyn shocked us both, by calling within hours of receiving my email..on a Saturday morning. I could hear the caring in her voice immediately, for two people she had not even met. She spent an hour on the phone, first with me and then us both on speaker, and her soft listening style was punctuated with direct, simple questions. That phone call changed our downward-spiral trajectory, and starting us talking again after our long silence. By the time we met with her a few days later, we had already made significant progress. Over the course of our sessions together, she then helped us make much more. In everything she said, and in everything she did, she left an indelible imprint of positivity upon me, and in the most memorable way, reinforced it's awesome power. In the world of personal counseling, where everybody seems so impersonal, Jaclyn stands out before she even says a word.
