11/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! Starting with Lisa has been by far one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life, and I've been seeing her for around a decade now. Wow, time flies! Originally I was looking for counseling to help me navigate my feelings around my mom with ALS, with whom I didn't have a good relationship, and since then, she has helped me grow into such a calm, collected, understanding, and strong person. I'd always considered myself strong, but I was very closed off from certain feelings. I can now feel all the things that arise and not be debilitated by them, including the overwhelming empathy I used to have. I can sit comfortably with people I don't agree with, I've learned the power of listening over simply talking, my marriage is absolutely incredible despite serious health challenges and other things life throws, and I am a truly optimistic person now rather than being more of a "realist" who focused more on possible negative outcomes. Life feels fuller, my career(s) keep evolving into better things, and even when I'm not struggling with any issues actively, I still love to have a session and reflect on the current state of life or possible future goals. Traditional counseling has served me decently in the past, but Lisa is 100x better for me since we can mix in everything from things like grief processing and inner child work, to career goals, to spiritual practice. I've never felt like anything off limits and I've never ever felt judged, even when I was so much less emotionally mature early on. If you want to truly transform, I cannot recommend working with Lisa enough! read more

Lisa Ulshafer has been my life coach and mentor on and off for two years now. I have coached one-on-one with her, taken her amazingly helpful and engaging online course, and participated in a fantastic workshop she is involved with. The profound sense of gratitude, joy and happiness that I now often experience is credited to her guidance, intuition, and expertise. I am experiencing a sense of well-being that I can't ever remember feeling before. My external life is changing. I have better, healthier relationships, I am more connected and HAPPY. Of course, there will always be things out of my control, but my response and my attitude towards these things has shifted immensely. With Lisa's help, I am building a powerful resiliency and confidence in my own wisdom to help me ride the waves when they come. Maybe it didn't seem like it from the outside, but I was living in the world and always feeling like something was wrong, that I wasn't where I needed to be, that I had to get somewhere else, do something else, be more, and have more...more experiences, more achievements, more love. I enjoy achievement, but my intention was often rooted in a deep sense of unworthiness. I carried a tight anxiety in my chest that almost called forth more fear, and this deeply impacted my ability to feel a sense of lasting peace or joy. These moments were certainly there, but they were fleeting, and I found myself refocusing on the negative. My 'baseline' typically returned to seeking and feeling unsettled. Now, I feel joyful often. I feel like I have a new 'set point'. I have a respect and appreciation for the impact of the past, feel enormous gratitude for all of the blessings that I have today, and I have an excitement about what lies ahead. I'm moving forward and creating a life-by-design that is connected to a higher purpose and supported by a foundation of developing self-worth. How can a 'Thank you' ever encompass the gratitude I have for all of this? You are an (literal) angel, Lisa. read more

I met Lisa through my employer, and I was originally seeing a counselor to better understand what it all meant. At the time, I had a hard time understanding what Lisa was teaching because I still didn't know who I was. Lost between a boy and a man, it was difficult to even understand what it meant to be successful, much less, why should I even care? After going through many sessions with my counselor, I gained an understanding that everything in life happens in a way where we are led to the answers when we are ready. After all of the pieces in my life started puzzling together one by one, I stopped going to my counselor and went through many more sessions with Lisa. For my own experience, Lisa's coaching transformed and shifted my life to new perceptions I never thought possible. My company's revenue went up 45% after coaching with her, and I was more positive, self accepting, and empowered. The reason why this happens is because Lisa focused on the root causes of why I was limited. I realized everything comes from my own thoughts of self-worth, and coaching with Lisa helped clear so many of these wrong perceptions. There is one thing that money cannot buy, and that is complete peace and knowledge of well-being. When I coached with Lisa, I found an individual who truly cared about my life's destination and someone passionate about the direction of humanity as a whole. Counseling and coaching aside, I have met very few people with a heart as big as Lisa; not only did she become my guide, her friendship is very dear and cannot be replaced. If anyone ever needed someone to be on the sidelines, helping them get up when they're down and under, I would highly recommend Lisa Ulshafer. read more

I met Lisa 3 years ago, and since then she has become a huge part of my life. Prior to her, I graduated from PSI Basic Los Angeles in 2006. PSI was my 1st powerful experience with the realm of personal growth. I was introduced to Lisa by a mutual friend when I moved back to Vegas. Since then she has helped me tremendously in my personal and business life. If I had to narrow it down, the one thing that she really helped me with is living an authentic and transparent life. Being true to myself and to others has been one of the most liberating feelings of all. She taught me that the only way to achieve true happiness and inner peace is to be comfortable in my own skin and to express myself the way that I am. I no longer feel like I have to pretend to be someone that I am not. She has also helped my younger brother when he was going through some tough times and I've referred her to many of my friends and patients. To achieve total health is to have a balance between the body, mind, and spirit. I take care of the body, she takes care of the mind. Together we make a great team. My family, friends, and patients all adore her. She is gentle and kind. She doesn't judge you for who you are. Being with her is not intimidating and she knows what she is doing. She is so much more than a life coach. read more

I've been working with Lisa for a couple years now. Going to her seminars, workshops and one-on-one individual and couples coaching. She taught me a lot that continues to serve and resonate with me. Learning better ways to discover and practice what's in alignment with me. Clearing negative energy. She is also great at teaching the games we play in relationships and I look forward to more events centered around this. I would, and have, recommended Lisa to friends and acquaintances. If you're looking for "tough" love, she may not be the best fit but her gentle nature put me at ease quickly. I look forward to more lessons on our journey together. read more

My wife Kimberly and I went to Lisa to address some of our concerns. Lisa's approach helped us so much, and we both let out some emotional pain that we needed to in both our sessions, on our own and as a couple. When you let out a cry in your session you know you have hit a nerve and are letting out some needed pain from your spirit and soul. I highly recommend Lisa Ulshafer if you face some hurdles or would like to address some challenges in you personal or married life. Thank you Lisa!! read more

While she uses a very specific process that has proven to work over and over again in the lives of many people, it's hard to put into words the type of healing that Lisa is gifted with. She is naturally nurturing and compassionate, and her coaching training has amplified those gifts. She has supported me through some of the toughest times of my life over the past couple of years. She is excellent at directing me to (and through) my own questions and answers. The lessons I learn from her I carry with me forever. I have gained emotional intelligence from her that has strengthened and healed relationships with my family, my friends, and most importantly, my Self. Her healing and teachings work through me and therefore have a positive ripple effect on the community. I cherish her as a friend, a mentor, a teacher, a coach. read more

It was almost 2 years ago that I had the courage to contact Lisa and begin my journey in transformation. Before I began my sessions, I set my intentions to meet someone who was gentle, caring, understanding, wise, and spiritual. And she is exactly all those qualities. Right from the start we were targeting my deep issues that I had buried away but knew needed to come to light in order for me to really start loving who I am and live a life with love and light. I got to a point in my life where I knew it's wasn't supposed to be this hard and at times feel like I was in quicksand. From our one on one sessions, I've learned so much about who I really am and to embrace. With her guidance, I really began to become aware of my patterns, my limiting beliefs and really process my fears. I so appreciate the clarity she brings and the tools she provides so that I can continue empowering myself outside of our sessions. She's helped me and supported me through my challenging times with family relationships, romantic relationships, and career. She has truly helped me connect with my feelings, something I had great difficulty with before I met her. If anything I have written resonates with you, please take that courageous step that I once did and contact her. That very act can be the first step in your own transformation! read more
