Therapist Barbara and I are not a good fit. First she brought me in late to my appointment without even a handshake and a frown on her face. She was very robotic and unsympathetic. Rarely did any eye contact, just interested to document on her laptop and get the meeting over with. Which she walked me out five minutes before my time was up, I was ok with it since I only felt documented and not heard. Right away she suggested to be admitted or start her $80 a week therapy. If I gave two stars is due to front staff, they were very kind. read more

i came in right after my best friend passed away. i was a wreck, and they got me in right away. My therapist, Bailey, has changed my life. She understands me, and is the therapist of my dreams. I'm a young adult woman, and it It was important to me that I had a female therapist. They literally picked out the therapist who is perfect for me. The whole office is so welcoming and calm. Everyone is so kind, and has been so understanding. They all care so much about their patients, and I look forward to my appointments every week. If you are hesitant send your loved one here. Dani is AWESOME! They literally saved my sister's life. I didn't even know where to start on this journey to get her help. I had became a caregiver overnight and didn't know what I was dealing with all while having surgery on my spine. Let me tell you every shred of info was accurate. They couldn't help me at first but gave a great referral to start the process. Then my sister was able to go back to thrive after and start treatment there. The ability to text her care team was awesome. Care coordination, especially with the caregiver, is such a vital piece of the puzzle. It also helped to know they were able to see some of what I saw. Wow! What a helpful counselors THRIVE has! I called to schedule and was warmly greeted by a thoughtful lady. She made me feel welcomed and was not judge mental at all! You can tell she/THRIVE is a warm, genuine, caring, empathetic place to be apart of. I'm really disappointed that I never heard back from you. You came so highly recommended by the reviews I saw online. I was so relieved to have found someone that, bases off what I was reading, was going to help me out. How misleading these were! I didn't let how hard it was to get in contact with you in the first place discourage me from continuing to try and fight what was going on inside me and I hung on for dear life waiting to hear back from you about my benefits. (several phone calls/voicemails that went unreturned and emails) Due to the nature of what you do you should really be more on-top of it. People come to you when they have no hope anymore, like I did. Very disappointed in this program. Failed me before I even got a chance. I'd give negative starts if I could. read more
