This is my first time at this office, two hrs later and no injections! I haven't started any treatment yet, although I thought I would be getting a TPI. During my appointment, I was informed that they would have to request the notes from my cervical medial branch block doctor and my previous pain management doctor. This was a little disappointing given that I waited two weeks for this appointment and had previously provided my MRIS. There was no previous mention about my prior doctor's notes. I was also informed that they need to check for pre-approval for my tpi. Again, I explained to this doctor that my insurance doesn't require pre-approval. I called my insurance as soon as I left this office and they informed me that they will contact pain specialists of Nevada in the morning since they were already closed to inform them of their procedure. Dr Nguyen discussed other options with me like an epidural. We also discussed their MLS laser while I was there. I did explain to Dr helmi that I had some red laser treatment at a prior chiropractic office. He claimed that laser was a superficial laser that only went skin deep. Their laser supposedly goes deeper. Two days later, I called in and spoke to I Sandy. She agreed there should be no issue since my insurance doesn't require pre-approval I asked to speak to her manager. 12 minutes later and I get transferred to Soroya

He recommended an epidural injection, which turned out to be the most painful experience I have ever had--and it did absolutely nothing to relieve my pain. When I tried to follow up in December, I couldn't see Dr. Jaggi again and was told I had to meet with his assistant, Ana Cole. She had no real answers to my questions and said she would speak with the doctor and get back to me. A full year later--after countless calls and messages--I still haven't received a single response. The only thing she offered at the time was short-term pain medication, which I declined because I wanted real answers and lasting relief, not drugs. It is impossible to speak with the doctor or get any meaningful guidance from this office. Now, I have received a nearly $500 bill, and when I called again asking for answers, I was told I would need to make another appointment, pay again, and start over. This is completely unacceptable. After thousands of dollars billed to my insurance, I have received no help, no communication, and no accountability. This office does not care about patients--it cares about billing and pushing medication. The doctor is unreachable, the staff is unresponsive, and the level of care is disgraceful. I DO NOT trust this practice and strongly advise others to STAY FAR AWAY.

By the end of my first appointment, he already had a strong suspicion and sent me for specialized imaging -- which confirmed the issue within two weeks. He is extremely intelligent, very direct, and completely honest. He explains things thoroughly and, more importantly, makes you feel like you're part of the decision-making process instead of just being told what to do. If you're looking for a very soft, "aww poor baby" bedside manner, he may not be the right fit. But if you want someone who knows what they're doing, gets to the point, and actually delivers results, he's outstanding. He not only diagnosed the issue, but also fought with my insurance to get the surgery approved and got everything from diagnosis to surgery completed within 6 months -- which, in my experience, is incredible. Highly recommend this no-nonsense but genuinely caring physician.

That's FIVE vertebra with two vertical side plates and screws coming in from the side, just like a ladder. To my credit I began riding my bike and swimming on my back. I wound up with NO cane, NO walker, NO pain and NO pain meds, except for a slight limp in my right leg. If Dr. McNulty knew what I have been up to these past 16 years I am sure he would be displeased such as mixing concrete and doing all kinds of home repairs.
