This burrito was the best thing I had ever tasted. It was so good, every day after that, anytime I was eating, I was just wishing it was that burrito. At one point I actually wished that I could un-taste it. Because now everything else just seemed flavorless, or lacking in comparison. It ruined all other food for me. It was easier not remembering how good it was, since I'm sure it's not very healthy and I would be better not knowing. That was until last night. I finally gave in and decided I would get it again. I hadn't eaten all day so I was actually starting to feel nauseated from being so hungry. I went around 9:00pm. Ordered the same exact thing. The woman who took my order was friendly, and my order was ready surprisingly fast! I grabbed my food, went home, turned on a movie, and started digging in to what I had waited so long for, and thought so much about. I ate about 1/5 of the burrito before I started thinking it tasted kind of funny... I couldn't figure out what it was, but something was wrong with it. I kept eating it and decided I recognized what it tasted like- fish! I do like seafood, so I just figured, maybe they just finished making some fish, and didn't clean the grill off well enough before making mine. I wasn't sure if I was crazy, or if it really tasted like fish. So, I asked my boyfriend to take a bite and tell me if it tasted fishy to him. He took a bite and said "that's fish they accidentally gave you fish instead" and went and spit out the bite in the trash. Well, I looked up the menu, and it turns out, they don't even serve any fish or seafood! I googled why my burrito might taste like fish, and it said rancid meat. Anyways- I'm really, really disappointed. Because last week was the best burrito I have had in my life, whereas last night was the worst. It's quite a gamble.

I say ish because only a couple places cook to order, the rest cook it, steam tray it, recook it, and re steam tray it until they have to make a new batch. Sadly I've never been here to try a new batch. Cash only. Depending on who's working will depend on their attention to detail and friendliness. Mostly alright. No refried beans sadly. Breakfast burritos all day, so a plus there, and also open fairly late. I do like their salsas. This place is easy to miss if you don't know where it is. It is on Turner behind the Shell station all the way to the west of the street just before Lower Sacramento. Not too many places open late in that area so it's a good place to grab something later in the evening. I mostly just get tacos and quesadillas, but I have had their asada fries. They use that "queso" nacho cheese sauce which I am not a fan of, so ask for what you want. Not totally hating because we need places in this area, but they could step it up a bit and probably have a lot more regulars.

The lady lady taking my order was so nice and my food came out super fast. Even though this truck is at the back of a gas station the ambiance and cleanliness is super on point. This quesadilla was so delicious and maybe the pic didn't do it justice but it was packed with delicious pork Al Pastor meat and I ate the entire thing. What caught my eye with La Bohemia is that they serve shrimp. And I love me a shrimp burrito. What they don't tell you is that if you order a shrimp burrito, you are actually ordering a shrimp fajita burrito. So I have to specify that I want a normal burrito but with shrimp, and not the peppers and onions since I'm not a fan. They have been very good about getting my order right. I came a number of times before writing this for consistency. I thought the carne asada was really poor quality, it was almost like old minced meat, not diced steak. The burritos are big portions and I often can't finish mine. The people are friendly. But they are cash only. This is something that has stopped me from coming back. I don't often carry cash, and most other taco trucks accept card payments.

Lots of well seasoned meat, salsa had a nice kick, and the tortillas were still mostly crispy after my ten minute drive home. There wasn't any weird cartilage in the meat which I really appreciate, I hate biting into a taco and running into hard bits. The service was good and fast and my food was ready in less than ten minutes. I'll be coming back soon to order dinner for my family.

I ordered the Mar y Tierra super burrito, and it was really good. I came back the next day and tried the BBQ chicken super burrito. It was far better than I expected. No need for salsa. The BBQ sauce and the sour cream mix so well I can't describe. I highly recommend both these burritos. The menu has a number of unique items that I intend to try in the future, and they also offer other items like burgers. From what I can see from people's reviews and photos, they offer other items not on the menu. I wish they would consolidate everything they offer to the menu so there is no guess work. And I'd also like to see some refried beans. The man working there is friendly and makes the food fast. So definitely check this place out if you haven't already. They offer a bigger and more diverse amount of food than just about every other taco truck, and the quality is very good.

We also ordered the asada tacos, and they did not disappoint. They were only $2.50 each, which is a great price, especially for how much meat they packed into them. One thing I usually don't like about tacos is the tortilla--they're often either soggy or dry, so I usually don't even eat it. But these tortillas were perfectly crispy without being dry, and they held everything together really well. Honestly, some of the best tacos I've had in a while. Great prices, generous portions, and delicious food. I'll definitely be stoping here when I'm in the area, had them twice now.

The truck is located in the parking lot of Kludt & Sons on the corner of Pine Street and Cluff Ave. I haven't had a bad meal from Peña's. They have an extensive menu to order from but a few of my favorites are their asada tacos, burritos and chilaquiles... you really can't go wrong with anything on their menu. They give you grilled jalapeños and onions with their taco plate orders. Limes and jalapeños are available if you ask. Do yourself a favor and visit their Pine Street location. You'll know that you're in the right spot when you see the small gathering of people either eating their grub or waiting for their order.

I was getting my three kids after work and they wanted taco truck food for dinner. Note: it's on the corner of Pacific Ave and Douglas rd. Right in front of the Grocery Depot. This was my son's first time eating from a taco truck. My son ordered the $5 Taco deal that came with four asada tacos and a can of soda. My eldest Princess ordered a regular asada burrito for $3.75 and my Princess ordered $4 Nachos. I ended up getting a $4 chicken Quesadilla just in case anyone else was still hungry. I was super surprised that my son loved his food. He's always been a very picky eater. I'm glad he told me he liked his tacos. My eldest daughter really liked her burrito and I gave her some of the quesadilla in which she liked too. My baby girl loved her nachos and couldn't finish them and gave them to her big brother. I didn't want to seem like I was the odd one out. So once again I took one for the team and ate the chicken quesadilla.
