Yes, I was having a minor melt-down, so I kept things basic. Just cheese enchiladas. I was resolved to be disappointed. I was NOT. The enchiladas were EPIC. I asked for more sauce because I wanted to take a bath in it. I usually skip rice, I ate it all - so much flavor. The beans too - too delicious to be vegetarian - so I didn't ask, and I'll never regret. This place is legit - and I am sorry I ever doubted. I also tried my companions chile relleno, which I usually don't care for - and I LOVED IT. My other companion had carne asada, which I did not sample - but he said it was delightful.
