Under the unassuming name "Chili Meat" or something like that I was served an excellent combination of small pieces of, I think, beef brisket slow cooked mixed with hot green chilis: maybe a 2:3 mixture, and the green chilis were tasty and spicy with that peculiar NM aftertaste.
