The picture on DoorDash showed three tacos with onions and cilantro on them, nowhere does it state how many tacos it comes with, so naturally, as a first-time customer, I assumed that it was for tacos? They even give you a choice for Mixed, Carne, Carnitas, or Asada. The order showed up to my house, and there was only two tacos in the container, and there were no toppings on them, just a slab of meat in a tortilla. I called to let them know that this was false advertising, and instead of apologizing, and letting me know that they would correct the order for me, the person on the phone said that "everyone knows that this is what they get", so I explained to her that I have never been to this taqueria before, and then she said "well why would we only charge between one and two dollars per taco", and I proceeded to tell her that Don Juan's in Twin Falls charges between one and two dollars per taco, and then she proceeded to say "well tacos are small"? Then I told her that according to the photo on DoorDash, how was I supposed to know how big they are, they didn't look that big in the photo, and that I did not receive what I thought I would be getting and that I would be letting DoorDash know about the false advertising, and she said "fine, you go ahead and do that". Again, no apology, no trying to correct their wrongs for false advertising, instead just very rude to me on the phone! Seriously what has happened to customer service? I will never go back, this is horrible customer service, and completely misleading to someone who has never ordered from this Taqueria before! The BEST thing about this order, their salsa, that's it. I ate my taco Rico a few hours later for dinner and it was better than anything freshly made at any other taqueria. They're salsas we're great.
