Pretty good burrito. Friendly owner, he made up a batch of peco for us because he was out.

This place is AmAzInG!!! Even my kids love it! Their favorite is the chorizo breakfast burrito (they make their own chorizo ) and their aguas frescas are just like in Mexico the lime one is sooo refreshing i wish i could get it every day- if i lived closer I probably would get it every day. They're also really friendly and accommodating and will customize things pretty easily. If you're tired after work and dont want to cook, or just want some REALLY good authentic Mexican food- go here! Also they cater!!! read more

Amazing! My mom asked me to leave a review for her since she's tech challenged (sorry mom!) but I left them a review before so this is an update! This place is a hidden gem! I come here at least once a week now and will not go elsewhere for Mexican food anymore. I've tried a few different things on the menu which I normally don't do because I'm not adventurous. These guys changed that for me though, I don't even like pork but I'll eat their pork in green sauce any day! You won't find $2 street tacos here and that's fine because they don't fill you up with the cheap tortillas. You can taste how fresh and real everything is. No metallic or chemical tastes to their food. I say this place is a gem because most days there is no line, yet! My friend even told me how come they don't have a huge line? Or a restaurant?. When people say it's the best and most authentic they're not kidding! I've brought all my friends and family here when they visit and they always ask if we can go again (thus pairing for my mom). The location is a parking lot but they have outdoor seating and shade in the summer with music so it makes for a nice lunch break or a meal while running errands. I even told my fam. I wanted Matador for my birthday dinner. Keep doing a great job! Oh they also have gluten free food and food without soy and vegan stuff too! read more

Been looking for tasty authentic SoCal Mexican food in Twin, and now we finally found it! Some of the best Mexican food I have had has been in a hole in wall in San Diego , and from food carts from Tijuana to Rosarito. This place is legit! The portions are large (these ain't street tacos baby )! I had the burrito Pipian con Pollo; it was delish! With the right balance of the pumpkin spice that had a warm finish on the palate. The ratio of chicken/rice/beans was just right! The beans weren't Rosirita refries that masquerade as beans these were the real deal where you can actually see beans. My better half had two tacos: Traditional Asada, and Papas con Chile. She raved about both! She even let me taste the Traditional Asada! It was so good it reminded me of my days in SoCal! Forgot to mention, they make their own corn tortillas! Yum! We opted for a couple of Agua Frescas to wash down our tasty meals. Both were great but the mango beats strawberry hands down (OK I'm one of those weirdos who thinks strawberries are overated), but my wife loved her strawberry! I wish that they would had a choice of having real Agua de Jamaica or Agua de Piña but alas...no. But finally some great Mexican food here in Twin! We will be back, and you should give then a try! The couple that runs this food cart are nice and personal able and will make a great addition to the local food scene here in Twin Falls! read more

Grate food traditional taste and unique dishes, Gordita's and huaraches are my favorites, and they grow some of their veggies

So so good! The best Mexican I've had in the area. I will definitely be going again. My husband had the burrito matador and it was sooo flavorful and filling. I had the taco plate with asada and it was delicious. Fresh and homemade/grown. Can't go wrong going here. read more

If you're driving through Twin Falls and need to stop for a great bite to eat you've got to try this truck. OMG the food is amazing. The chicken tacos with the pumpkin sauce is to die for. The first one I'm not sure how many bites I actually took because it was gone pretty quick. I didn't have any toppings on mine just the chicken in sauce but there are topping options and probably just as delicious. So if you need to stop at D&B or the Grocery Outlet or even the Western Store across Addison make sure you stop and give them a try. They have a lot of yummy options for food and drinks and sometimes a special dessert. The nicest of people as well. read more

This place is incredible!!! Stopped on our road trip while seeing Shoshone Falls. We got burritos and mine was one of the best burritos I've had. I can't eat dairy right now (my baby is allergic and I'm breastfeeding) and I don't eat meat, which can be very difficult eating out. But they put together the most amazing vegetarian dairy-free burrito with rice, beans, potato, cabbage, and pico for me :) The flavor was awesome. The rice was so delicious (they gave me a little sampler of it by itself). And the tortilla was just amazing!! Loved it and couldn't be happier we stopped! My partner got the carne asada burrito and also loved his. Wish they were in Boise! read more
