It lacked the tenderness and flavor that you expect from a good Carne Asada. The overall presentation was also very unappetizing. To make matters worse, my order was incomplete because my fish was missing entirely. Between receiving the wrong steak and not getting all of the food I paid for, the experience was incredibly frustrating. I was really looking forward to this meal, but it ended up being one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had.
