They are more soft than crunchy and are more than just a dull wrapping to hold the meat in. The tacos we order don't come with cheese but do have some crisp vegetables, I'd never thought of putting radish on a taco before, but now I'll never turn back. Of course, there is also a small container of green sauce and a wedge of lime. Not sure if it's included but we always make sure to have some pico de gallo. The service is friendly even if you don't speak Spanish. Unlike many of the other taco carts in the area this one seems cleaner and more professional. A guy in a standard kitchen chef shirt takes your order and writes your ticket. It isn't the typical process of one guy shouting the order to someone else and you just hope they got your order correct. He has 3 different latin fountain drinks which all come with free refills. I always get the Horchata. You can get your drink, enjoy it while they make your food, and then get a refill before you leave. I attached some pictures of a couple recent food items I've tried. Tortas are a little smaller than typical, but are excellent. I had some sort of slow roasted pulled pork in a burrito (I forget what it is called) which was fantastic. Prices are standard for taco carts; Burrito $6, Taco $2, Torta $5, Quesadillas $6. He also has Gyros, breakfast, and panini sandwiches. I'll definitely be back to try more items.
