I've been here 5 or more times already because I really loved the Asada. It was delicious, smoky, and looked like chopped pieces of flap steak. It was so good. But the last two times, I've been getting some other kind of meat or a tiny tiny amount of asada meat mixed with the other meats (they have cheek, lips, and head meat) which I don't prefer. The "asada" tacos not only taste completely different, the texture is different, and it looks like shredded stewy meat. It's also somehow drier and less juicy. I also saw the cook chopping up the flap steaks before I ordered it and that was not what I got. They gave me the condiments on the side; Cilantro, rábanos, cebolla, lime, and a green and an habanero salsa. The tacos were seasoned well with salt, the asada had a delicious smokiness to it. If you're looking for a place that has straight out good tasting tacos that doesn't have a lot of additives to the meat then this would be your spot. I must say the service was spot on. Easy to order and menu is really basic from choosing few meats which were 1. Asada 2. Cabeza 3. Labio 4. Cachete All the right condiments such as q rábano and pepino. The green and red salas both were good and has good amount of heat to it. They have a drive thru which is super convenient. There is plenty of parking. The ambiance seems more of a regular sit down fast food restaurant. If they would decorate it more to feel like a hang out type environment or even added some music in the background I think they would attract more customers. I've been passing by this place for years, and it was closed throughout the entire pandemic and even a year after. I finally decided to try it out yesterday, and I have to say, it was disappointing. Their menu only offers tacos, specifically tacos al vapor, but these tacos aren't even made properly. I don't know where they learned to make tacos al vapor, but they really shouldn't be marketing them as such because it's misleading and could easily result in bad reviews.
