We ordered the asada gourmet tacos $10, asada burrito $10, and Combo 1 pork pupusa with fried plantains and rice & beans $5.50. My favorite was the pupusa. Soft, cheesy, and good flavor. The sides of salsa were sooo good with everything. Their tacos came with handmade tortillas and the "guacamole" was perfect. Again, add some of that salsa with it. Now, I don't typically like my asada burritos with beans, so I asked if it could be made without it. They said the beans were mixed with the rice. I decided to just try it in the burrito. The rice & beans was soooo good, even on its own! Black beans is definitely the way to go. I was also surprised that I liked the fried plantains. I've tried a it a couple times in other places in the past, even a few spots in Miami. However, I was never really fond of them. It's still not something I would regularly order if it wasn't included as a side, but this place was the best I've ever had. This food truck is not pretentious and you get a lot of food for your money. Go check them out.

The levels of perfection one gets off of a grilled cheese sandwich lies within this truck. Ever…read morehave someone make a grilled cheese for you and you ask what the secret ingredient is? Here I believe it's of love and passion for their business plus the high quality of ingredients used. The menu alone is well thought out. They have their top specialties, half or whole sandwiches, tots, fries, soups and if that doesn't make your mouth water you can create your own cheese melt or customize yours with add ons. I opted for my standard go to, grilled cheese with tomatoes and my side was fries. Can I tell you that this makes my mouth water reflecting on how crispy the bread, gooey the cheese, french fries dipped in the special sauce (yum), not to mention the grilled cheese chip which was first to go. An absolute go to if you're in the area.

Personally I had never heard of them, but she told me that they're know to make gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and that's when I knew we had to stop by. My coworker ordered the standard with a side of tots and a drink. I ended up asking the nice lady at the counter what she recommend for someone who was allergic to pork and was told about their turkey melt which is like the standard, but has a garlic mayo, grilled onions and mushrooms, and oven roasted turkey (my mouth is watering again) and I topped it off with a side of tots and melted cheese. As you can see from my picture we're lucky I was even able to remember to snap one before I devoured the whole thing. I do have a question about this food truck. I had asked if they were open on weekends and was told that they in fact were, but I can't seem to find their hours/location for Saturday and Sunday. Does anyone know?

It was good, the spam slice was a bit thin and it was in the middle of the rice cube instead of on top but the taste, there was a light teriyaki sauce, was excellent. Only one type of musubi is available. Ideally, it should have a pickled turnip next to the meat, but many places skip that. Musubi can be made with chicken and/or egg instead of spam and in Japan, salmon is most often used. Cute server, but of course that's not relevant.

Didn't really enjoy pulling this long hair out of my mouth like a fish line from the ocean to see what I've caught. Now granted this is unavoidable as I have worked in the food and service industry for most of my life and know it happens. What made me write this review is the fact that the people who handled my food were not wearing hats, hairnets or having their hair pulled up above the neck and ears which is a OR health code violation. I know that it could have been the end of their night, and they were done nearly done with their shifts or whatever, BUT rules are rules for a reason. Good luck with your business and if you can take anything away from this review: please put your hair up while on the clock. Cheers,

The jamz are awesome when he mellows out & not just cooks, but makes MAGIC happen! It's no surprise that there's a lack in seating, but that goes with it being a food truck alley- & the tables/chairs are shared between him & the other truck there. It was nice to have a little raised platform where one could sit in the shade of a tented awning, so that was sweet. I got the tri-tip plate ($12) which comes with 1 of his many sides- definitely will need to come back for his black-eyed peas & rice when he isn't out. The greens that I DID get, he told me, were braised with SMOKED turkey! A fun twist on a classic that gave depth & dimension to the TENDER veg! The occasional bone found simply implied it was from the actual bird & not frozen. The tri-tip was WONDERFUL- he asked me if I wanted sauce- to which I happily declined... not to say his sauce isn't outstanding, because it is, but the natural smoke he managed to get on his meat kept me going wholeheartedly. And he had asked if I liked onions, to which he mentioned he "starts them first before adding the meat" & I'm glad he did- it was extra moisture & flavor I wasn't expecting. I, also, got a side of mac n cheese ($3 ala carte)- he did apologize that it wasn't hot, so to fix that he tossed it about in the STILL-sizzling pan my tri-tip had graced moments before- & I gotta say it added body & that much needed comfort in 'comfort food'. Not too saucy, not too rich, the right balance for an already powerful meal. Overall, some of the best BBQ in the biz! Highly recommend- at LEAST to say hello to the guy running it & catch some of them good vibes written all over his truck! If you don't feel good, you eat what does & he's hit the nail on the head!
