This old market at the junction of Highways 62 & 227 has ancient gas pumps and the gas that they produce that I wouldn't trust and inside a convince store and very small cafe. Early one February afternoon I ate a breakfast sandwich at the cafe that was very good with ham, bacon, egg and cheese in a croissant type of bun. I would have had coffee too, but the thermos was empty--the responsibility of the store not the cafe. The furnishings were cheap and old; the wall needed new paint so ambiance and the lack of coffee rates 2 stars; plus if you need a restroom there is only the portapotty out front. Some great tasting tacos.....BUT Unfortunately, I experienced viewing cross contamination from the young girl making our food with her bare hands (instead of utensils) after cleaning off counters and handling other non food items. That did it for me. read more

You have to be comfortable using the gas station port a potty and the slightly sticky seats, but it is worth the inconvenience for the pork burrito.
