Rico's is my favorite place to grab a quick bite when I'm in the area for work. They sell a five dollar punch card that entitles the owner to 5 for $5 tacos. It pays for itself and after 10 punches you get you 11th order free. The tacos themselves are really tasty. I always get mine with carnitas and squeeze lime all over them. Yum! I may not live down here but I feel like the card is worth it because I sometimes eat here twice a day when all my meetings are in Medford :) read more

Solid breakfast burritos and the flavor and quality is consistent. They change locations once in a while so check with them where the truck is before you go. read more

Great breakfast burritos definitely one of my favorites! Fast friendly service.Great prices.

These are genuinely the best breakfast burritos ever and a five star review is what they deserve which says a lot since i usually am the king of one star reviews (i recommend chorizo its goated) read more

I use to love this truck! Went for many years but the last two times I went it was eating an egg in a tortilla. Hardly any bacon or hash browns and I was really disappointed. I even buy their salsa. So don't know why it's changed but wish it was like it use to be because I ate there at least once a week. Now I don't think I will. read more

Rico sold the truck. It's okay, but not as good as it was with Rico. I go to the taco trucks at 8th and Riverside now. read more

$3.99 breakfast burrito is the way to go. I get one at least once a week as his location is right by my office. I usually get one and then don't eat the rest of the day. Filling, tasty, cheap, already made, quick, hot. Nothing more I would ask for. Make sure you show up early or you will have to wait for a few minutes. By 815 am, his morning batch is usually gone. Thanks Ricco, You are amazing! read more

Ricos - Bacon breakfast burrito. - Mexican Near Me - Medford, Oregon

This is the taco truck over in the Aaron's parking lot. Taco's are about $1.50 each... unless you have a "punch card" then they magically become 5 for $5. I can't say I was terribly impressed with his customer service, the tacos, or the amount of time it took to get them. The taco's we decent, too spicy for my wife, maybe I'm just expecting more after growing up around so many mexican places and having gone to Mexico. So why a 3 star? because their breakfast burritos are pretty tasty, and pretty huge. Although I must admit I have no idea how much those cost. There are 3 different prices on the truck for a "breakfast burrito" and I've never been the one buying them. I'd say its worth a shot, but definitely not my favorite place read more

This is one of the many taco trucks that are parked around the area. They had five tacos for five dollars. I ordered tripa but they gave me beef instead. And the tacos were rather small. But they were very good. I'd eat there again right away, except that there's so many other taco trucks to try. I'm happy to see these little guys appear in Southern Oregon. The customary Mexican restaurants here all seem to be cut from the same cookie-cutter - the same oval plates with variable-quality concoctions swimming in lard and molten cheese. Is there a cacique in charge of designing Mexican restaurants hereabouts? But these wagons are a different story, serving bites of intense flavor sitting solidly on fresh tortillas. I gotta try them all! read more

breakfast burritos here, are really good. He has some ready to go if you're on the go. He made everything really good the orders were correct and he labeled everything. The chorizo hit the spot, here. read more

The reason for the low score is, he had no taco's this morning. I know it was morning but it says taco right on the truck haha all he had was pre-made burritos in a warmer box. How long does it take to make something fresh? I unliked this truck on Facebook because he needs to step up his game. I went to El Gallo on West main. On weekends they have hand made tortillas and have many choices. Also in the store they have fresh carnitas! Better get there around 9am though because they sell out fast. read more

Great burritos if they actually have what you want at the time. But the owner or the guy running it is a total jerk! We go there often and we always ask for extra hot sauce, he throws a fit or actually won't give it to you. read more

Least friendly taco truck owner I've ever met. Best breakfast burrito I've ever had. Life is about balance. Take my money and be grumpy, taco man. I'll be back. read more

Best place for a fresh breakfast burrito!! I had the bacon burrito and the next day chorizo burrito. I came here 2 days back to back!!

5 tacos for $5 ... you can't beat this deal! On a good day, they are absolutely dee-lish! Double tortillas, carne asada (or meat of your choice), Rico's own special avacado-type sauce, then topped with fresh squeezed lime makes them so good! However, recently they haven't been anything special to write home about! What we wish more than ever is that he had consistent taste with his food - but instead it's hit & miss. Plus, Rico himself can be a bit stand-offish & rarely does he say thank you back! Not so sure when/if we'll be back ... we shall see! read more

This place is gristletown. I got a carne asada burrito and my wife got the adabado. Both were greasy and chewy. Neither of us finished even half. What a waste. I'm gonna go down the block next time and hope Medford has decent taco trucks. read more

Amazingly delicious authentic tacos. Quick service! My new favorite for Mexican food! I had the chicken tacos! He made them fresh.

My favorite taco truck (specifically the Rico's near RCC). My fav is al pastor tacos, five for $5 - and if you call ahead, they will be ready for you to pick up! The only bummer (other than the fact that the food probably isn't the healthiest....) is that it's really hit or miss whether their ATM will be working, so make sure to bring cash. read more

Excellent and inexpensive. Left a restaurant because we didn't want to spend $50 for lunch for five. Ended up at Rico's Roach coach and feasted on fresh goodness, all happy n full, for $15 instead. Great alternative to fast food. read more

The best breakfast burrito!!!! Yum!!!! Actually love everything this Cart rolls out.....won't be disappointed with anything you order here....and the price is sooooooo .....right!!!!!! read more

Yuuuum! I really like Rico's! I'm guessing it's the closest thing to authentic Mexican in the Rogue Valley. I always get their veggie torta. The hot salsa is also really good. Brought BF here one time when he was visiting from SF and he said "Why is this the first time you've brought me here!?!" :) They also take credit cards, which is nice for food trucks. read more

Best taco's, rice and beans in Southern Oregon! Stop by and give them a try. Your taste buds will love you for it. Awesome prices too!

Great authentic Mexican food. We go often. Fast food at its best. They also have the 5 for $5 taco plate.

Love this place. Best, fastest, authentic tacos in the valley. 5 for $5. You can't beat it. With lime, cilantro and all the good stuff

Okay... This has to be the best I've had since I've been in Medford. Finally AUTHENTIC Mexican food! I love it! I'm gonna go out on a limb and Oregon is known for their food trucks and this is a must-have if you want real authentic flavor! Make sure you stop by! read more

Authentic Mexican food straight from the truck! Parking lot of Aaron's downtown. Killer breakfast burritos for $3 until 11am! Bacon and Chorizo are amazing. Authentic tacos that are made perfect with the hot sauce! read more

Best taco truck around, the breakfast burritos are to die for, friendly atmosphere and the owner is a really nice guy.

It's dirty street food and that's a good thing in my book. Quality of ingredients will keep me from going back.

All they were serving was breakfast burritos and I didn't even finish mine had to throw it away... nasty ass hell

Ricos tacos is AWESOME!! Very good meats , nice guy , you will love the lil inconvenience of the taco truck !!

Pretty good food... is decent sometimes ..not the greatest service..but the last carnitas burrito I got was so bad.. was like 75 percent gristle ..yuuuck! read more

This place rocks! Big order took just a little while. Food was great and plentiful! Ordered for the office and nothing but raves from all. Our new favorite spot! Thank you! read more

Ricos is my favorite place to get tacos! They have a great $5 for 5 tacos deal. My husband loves the steak burrito. I'm so addicted to the tacos I come here once a week! read more

Look no further, this is the Best Breakfast Burrito in Medford. Seriously, they're amazing, bacon, sausage, ham or chorizo with egg, hashbrowns, cheese and a spicy sauce. Worth driving out of the way for this breakfast. He finally had to raise his price from 3 to 4 bucks, still a good value. If you're thinking of going to some crap fast food joint for breakfast, try this instead, you'll thank me. read more
