The tacos are soooo god! I love their chicken tacks and their asada ones with just a little sour cream and cheese bite the spot! The service is the best and they are the NICEST!! The location is good and I love how they have little tables next to the table for you to sit down in case you need to stretch your legs because this is kind of off the freeway so tangs nice! I enjoy stopping at this taco truck when I'm passing through Farmington. I had four tacos: asada, pollo, pastor and carnitas. Not only are they aesthetically pleasing but they taste good too. Got the Carne Asada super burrito and Al Pastor super quesadilla. Both came loaded with meat and flavor. They were huge and well worth the fair price of $8. The pastor quesadilla was oozing with red al pastor and gooey cheese and was topped with sour cream, lettuce, tomato and avocado. It came with a spicy salsa on the side. It was early morning Wednesday when I stopped by. We were heading to Yosemite's national park. Woke up early and missed breakfast. I was really not in the mood for fast food. To my luck I spotted this little taco truck open at 10am! So decided to pull over. To begin with the tacos are over priced as well as the can sodas. Possibly bc they are the only taco truck around for a few miles. Tacos are small with fair amount of meat. I ordered al pastor and carnitas tacos. The carnitas where not shredded but in big chunks not tender or juicy enough for me. I prefer juice and tender FYI. The al pastor was just diced pork cooked in seasoning and sauce nothing to boast about. My girl ordered two asada tacos. The asada was dry to be honest. One of her tacos barely had cilantro/onion. They could have added more to all the tacos for the price you pay. But hey tacos are tacos. Maybe you'll like them more than I did. Tiny bits of, once again, over cooked garbage. I would avoid and just keep heading towards Stockton for a good truck taco. The food at this taco wagon is great. The only reason I did not give it five stars as I feel that it is a tad overpriced. The portions for the burritos are decent but I feel like they are a little bit smaller than it used to be. I've been coming here off and on as a treat for my family or the last several years and have never been disappointed with food quality. I will say do not order spicy unless you really like your food hot. I have always liked spicy food so the first time I came here I ordered hot for my burrito. It turned out to be way too hot. Well the flavor was great the burn was too much and I had acid reflux for the next day or two. Maybe it was just an anomaly but I have not tried the spicy since. I wish they had kids size portions but they do not have a kids menu. My son likes playing cheese quesadillas with just the cheese and tortilla but the price for that is the same as getting it with all of the trimmings and meat. It's easy to spot as it's located on a corner. They have a few small tables with umbrellas for you to sit and eat. I ordered two pork tacos while my S/O ordered a chicken super quesadilla. The tacos were great. The pork was well marinated and the tacos were fluffy and warm. My S/O didn't really like his chicken quesadilla and mentioned that he's had better. I'm a fan of their spicy salsa. It burned my mouth but it was really good. It's a good place to stop by if you're heading to the woods. Actually... The cashier didn't give me my $5 worth of change (it was going to be placed in the tip jar but still uphold your honesty), then we sit waiting 25-35 minutes. Only to receive the nastiest Mexican food ever. The quesadilla was like chewing on a tire with burnt crumbs of asada, the "veggie burrito" was only rice, beans, and lettuce (not what the description was nor did it have my extra avocado), and the chicken tacos the tortillas tasted stale.
