I paid extra to have sour cream and cheese added to the tacos, and the super quesadilla was also supposed to include sour cream. None of the items had sour cream, and the tacos were missing the cheese that I was charged for. If customers are paying for additional items, they should receive them. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this is not the first disappointing experience I've had. On a previous visit, I placed my order before several other customers, but because they appeared to know the staff, their orders were made before mine. I chose not to say anything at the time, but combined with this latest experience, it's become difficult to overlook. I've been coming here for years, and it's disappointing to see the quality of both the service and attention to detail decline. Looking forward to a meal only to receive an incomplete order is frustrating, especially when you're charged for items that weren't included. In today's economy, every dollar matters, and customers shouldn't have to pay for products they never receive. I'm not looking for excuses--I simply expect to receive what I paid for and to be treated fairly as a customer. I hope you'll address these issues so future customers don't have the same experience.
