Awesome. Legit Mexican market serving all of the typical items. You can get your basic produce in the front and your other groceries. In the back, you can get anything you need from the meat counter or the cheese counter. They make sauces and tortillas as well. They also have a kitchen that focuses mainly on pork - burritos or plates. Really good service as well. Very authentic - I recommend.

Best Mexican Food in Oakdale... Hands Down the service is amazing and the food is authentic. Everything in the menu is delicious.

I keep this in my car. It is the only restaurant menu I keep in it.

The best chicken burrito in all of California is in Oakdale. I'm not fucking lying. I will never pass through Oakdale after a day of climbing at Jailhouse and not treat myself.

I have been coming to the market and taqueria at El Toro for a few years now. I am sad to say that nearly every time I order something from the taqueria, the order is wrong. Tonight for instance, I dropped by after getting offbnbof work to grab a few groceries and also pick up dinner for the family. After ordering I did my shopping and waited another 10 minutes for my food after I was done. The order was pretty simple: 3 chicken tacos with everything, two junior bean and cheese burritos and a regular chicken burrito with no cilantro and no onion. When the order was ready, I confirmed everything was there and checked out. When I got home, we all sat down to eat and with my first bite, there was a mouthful of onions. I then opened the burrito up to see that the whole thing was filled with onions (which I had politely asked them to not add). Normally I'd just not let it bother me but this seems to be the trend with El Toro; they always write down my order and sometimes even repeat it back. Sadly however, they probably make our food the way we ask about 20% of the time. I really wish I could have at least a little consistency in my order when coming to El Toro. I almost feel like I either need to start checking everything (including opening up my burritos) before leaving the store to make sure everything is there and is how I ordered it. It is almost to the point that I am just going to stop getting food from the taqueria because half of the time the order is so messed up I can't eat it and I am tired of throwing food away and wasting my money.

Glad to see a Mexican market in Oakdale, I ordered some burritos and tacos for my crew and we loved it.

I loved that it wasn't crowded here, but I hope more customers come and keep them in business. I bought my favorite Crunchy Garlic in Chili Oil (kind of expensive here, but I've been craving it), frozen Korean Corn Dogs with mozzarella and Fish Sausage, Plant-based Bulgogi Kimbap, and lots of fresh produce. I accidentally chose plant-based kimbap, and it fooled me and my son! Thought it was real, thin slices of beef - I'm impressed! There's a bakery coming soon, next to Coco Dak (serving Korean fried chicken) in the back. Will come back to support them and stock up on "diverse delights"!

They have so many different type of groceries- korean, vietnamese, laos, filipino, mexican, middle eastern. The produce looks super fresh, and the deli has a lot of stuff too. Everything is very organized. They even had so many cool korean beers- I had to try the yuzu and kimchi flavor. I found some pretty cool stuff here! There is even a fried chicken restaurant inside as well.

Cocos Food International Market - Super clean place. Lots of variety. Going to have lots of inventory soon in mid January. This will replace SF market for me for sure.

They have live frogs that they sell by the pound, once you pick them out , they will clean them for you . While in the store for the first time I was amazed and the fresh fish selection and the live fish in tanks that were for sale , this store is big inside, we ended up getting noodles for spring rolls and all the fresh vegetables and herbs we needed for spring rolls It's really an experience you don't want to miss! Highly recommended! PS , the frog legs we fried were delicious! Tastes like chicken!

This place is awesome, especially if you're talking produce. It's basically always fresh and they have a large variety of it. Even the pre-chopped or prepared peeled garlic is reasonably priced which I love. I don't typically buy meat or fish here since I am vegetarian, but I see many other customers doing so. To be honest, you can sometimes smell the seafood, but I don't mind it; it's nostalgic for me. They have so many sauces, dried goods, and frozen veggie meats as well. This place is not as big as other grocers in places such as Sacramento, but for Stockton, it is one of my favorite places to shop! All of the workers are fine or nice. I wouldn't say anyone is overly friendly, but I have never had a negative experience with anyone at the cashier!
