This is a rolled fried chicken taco. Literally one little piece of chicken inside and so crunchy

Menudo was good per my bf however the chicken roll fried tacos had no chicken in it. It has the potato taco in there as well which is good but this chicken one is not good and I will not buy again

The best tortilla around!!

Good cheap priced tortillas and tacos from the taqueria in the back. Worth the drive to the hood.

Each item is carefully curated to maximize quality at a fair price. For relatively small space the selection is amazing. I enjoy going in there to buy high-quality luxury goods like Bulgarian feta cheese, specialty jams, and jellies, especially apricot cherry and pomegranate. The fresh walnuts are whole halves sold in bulk and are very fresh. There are European candies sold loose or in packages.; fresh pitas, hummus, olives, spices and carious staples. I really love the high-quality tea that he sells that I have not found for sale elsewhere, especially from Galil, the Anise caught my eye last time, smooth licorice flavor. I was surprised that it has a single ingredient; Anise seed. No flavors. No preservatives. Yesterday I also bought the pomegranate tea, which is a lovely blend of various red Hibiscus leaves and tart fruits like rose hips. Quality, service and value in a local business worth supporting.

Personally I have always liked Trader Joe's for their food selection specially their gluten free…read moreoptions however its not limited to that, they have really good, really affordable options for everyone. They also have a nice selection of floral options. Its always nice inside from what I've always experienced people are helpful and friendly and I've never had to wait in line for an extended period of time, everything is pretty easy to find and the store is always clean and open and bright. I always enjoy my trips to Trader Joe's, they also make it easy if my item is out of stock to make sure I have a way to get it in the future. I was told to call ahead and they will reserve the item for me for the day I plan to come by (since I live out of town) and to make sure the item is in stock.

I'm sure some of those people behind us came many times for the bag. But why he single me out especially infront of those people. I asked the guy at the register who is that person manned the line and he said it's their boss. I am very unhappy customer

Classy grocer!…read more O'Brien's Market is definitely a high-end local grocery store. They offer a wide variety of "typical" grocery store items as well as some more artisanal products as well. They have a nice bakery, hot food section, deli, salad bar, wine bar, and meat/fish counter. There is a huge gourmet cheese selection - literally any cheese you may want (cow's milk, goat, sheep) from nearly any country, they seem to have it! They often offer samples (if I remember correctly, if you want to try a particular cheese, they will give you a sample of it)! There are soups, sandwiches, salads, and other hot foods like mac n cheese. The quality of the meats is great! Everything is very fresh and well-maintained. The produce is very fresh too! Although many of these products are higher-priced, their other grocery items (i.e. canned/boxed/bottled/frozen foods) are much surprisingly cheaper than other grocery stores. The store is consistently clean and organized. The store hasn't been updated/remodeled but it still has a timeless design that looks very neat. The staff members are very friendly and will quickly help you whenever needed. The store is never busy and you will rarely have to wait in line. I definitely recommend shopping at O'Brien's Market and will be back!

For context, I often find myself driving between San Francisco and Fresno. On one articular trip,…read moreI was craving prime rib (which happens every two weeks or so). I asked my favorite llm where I should stop by for prime rib going from Fresno to SF. It at first suggested I make a bee like for house of prime rib in sf, which I like but have been to many times. It then suggested house of beef and I'm so glad it did (cattleman's in Livermore was also a 3rd choice but I've been there several times too). Thankfully it was Fri eve and they had prime rib. I like mine rare and it was perfectly cooked, very marbled, huge, well seasoned and delicious. I pared it wth au jus and mashed with gravy. Then, what reminded me to write this review, was the tri tip from the meat counter and took to go. They were nice enough to pack it in ice for my 2 hour drive. I just cooked it on my grill in the rain and this is seriously one of the best tri tips I've ever grilled up. The meat tenderness/marbling/quality is on par with any prime grade/American wagyu I've bought and the seasoning is just super on point. Looking forward to smoking the baby back ribs I picked up as well in the next couple of days but I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area. Seems like other reviews had issue with service but the staff were exceptionally attentive when I was there. Seriously the only thing that wasn't top notch about my experience was the cocktails(mine was totally fine but I'm a bit spoiled when I'm in SF) but for my purposes passing through I just wanted the prime rib and meats to go to be delicious and house of beef certainly lived up to its name!

Service is fast and attentive, staff is apologetic about the wait, but the waiting time was not too late or rushed. Our server 10/10 service, even gave us extra bread to take home. Salad and soup bar were excellent and everything tasted fresh. We loved the tomato soup, but didn't like the french onion dip soup. The bread was amazing, and even tasted great as reheated leftovers. The prime rib and ribeye steak were cooked perfectly to our order, but couldnt finish eating dud to being full from the unlimited bread, salad and soup bar. Garlic fries were amazing and crispy, even after reheated for leftovers. Only a few things I didn't like was when we went to get our soup and salad, they cleared the whole table. I was warming up the butter in my hands for the bread to spread on faster, but they took it away like trash when we went to grab our salad and soups. They resetted the paper towel rolls to the side of the table when we moved it to the center, and they almost took away my husband's alcoholic drink, and then realized we were still dining. The lighting was definitely way too dark. I could see elderly people slipping if there was were liquids or food filled on the floor. The space is interestingly very small for a steak restaurant, but they seem to make everything flow well. Definitely would come again, enjoy the soup and salad bar, and then maybe share a steak instead of ordering two.
