Decent and friendly taco truck just northeast of the 12th and Main intersection, almost across the street from Effie Tavern. Steer clear of the gringo food, like burritos, and go for the tacos and tortas filled with al pastor, albañil, cabeza, or lengua. Don't be a lame-ass and order a carne asada burrito. The agua de horchata is also good. Just trust me and order it, you'll like it (and if you don't, it's cheap). Definitely the best Mexican between Walla Walla, WA and Helena, MT, and Boise, ID and all the way to the North Pole. Make sure that you get bottles of red and green salsa, and give whatever Spanish you speak a shot. As a river guide with a local outpost this is our favorite place to eat on our one day off. I was born in San Diego and this is real authentic Mexican food. Definitely a hidden gem in clarkston. Well, I've been meaning to review this place but now that they have moved into their new location it seems like as good of a time as any. The food has always been extremely tasty, from the Tortas to the street tacos as well as my favorites, the burritos. Do yourself a favor and order a lengua burrito. YOU MUST VISIT THIS RESTAURANT!! My husband and I usually stay away from most Mexican restaurants, because they are more Americanized Tex-Mex than anything else. I make taquitos at home that taste much better. However, my husband (who works in Lewiston) kept telling me about this Tacos Cecy place, so next time we were in Lewiston, we stopped in and had the Carne Asada taquitos. THEY WERE EXCELLENT!! We live in Moscow and aren't too pleased with the Mexican food in town, so I was skeptical, coming from a household where we grew up eating Mexican food daily. However, this Tacos Cecy family has perfected the seasonings. All I can tell you is that its simply delicious. The drive to Lewiston is worth it just to eat at this place. read more

I came here with my family of six, first thing we noticed was a banging noise from the back of the place and then little kids (that had been beating on the back door repeatedly came running by our table demonstrating their belching techniques.
