They have delivered to a hall as well as our home, they've set up in our backyard and inside our dining space. They stay communicative with delivery and pick up times, updates and ETAs of arrival. I'd have to say that by now, we have ordered every item on their menu - including the lechon, and we've gotten great feedback from family & friends. With only a week's notice, they were able to accommodate our event without any issue. The food came 30 mins early which gave us enough time to prepare the lunch area for 70 people. From the time of order to food drop off, they were super nice, friendly, and accommodating. They helped bring the food up even though we had enough people to do it. All the food were prepped as if we were getting it fresh dining in at the restaurant. Every dish was cooked perfectly and packed tons of flavor. The price was pretty reasonable as well. Hands down, the chimichurri skirt steak was my favorite paired with the sofrito rice and the boniato mash. The plantain crusted cod was really good with the cuban corn saute. Their potato salad and beans were wonderful and customized. The beef sandwich, however, was the best I have ever had the pleasure of consuming. This is a phrase I do not state easily. Their BBQ was far more than simply combining meat with a BBQ on a bun for profit. It was as though they were able to extract the care and love a smoker were to possess and combine it into their food. I have never experienced such a well created meal. Chilly Willy's Smokehouse BBQ is the pentacle of BBQ. I cannot imagine any other establishments reaching their level of excellence.
