My fillet (2 1/2 inches thick) was cooked to medium rare perfection and my lobster tail was probably the most perfectly cooked lobster I have ever had. Lastly, Alison helped me with all the details. To say she has "attention to detail" is an understatement! I'm writing this in the hopes that Minh will reach out to me directly with a contact number so we can move forward and work with Aloha Catering. The mom and uncle of the owner showed up early to set up and start cooking. They were professional, kind, and very friendly. I was stoked that they cooked everything fresh on site and didn't just have food in warmers. We got to choose among proteins and veggies, and the salsa bar was awesome. Kids and adults alike really enjoyed the churros too! They boxed up all leftovers after the event, so we ate tacos for leftovers and froze a bunch too for later.
