passing through Port Angeles had to stop for some taco time haven't been there in a while so once I saw they had one here I had to stop. I got the white chicken chili delicious as always especially with fresh tortilla chips very fast service and the employees were wonderful. I be coming back to this location. I just tried a Fit Hit bowl from Taco Time for the first time. I got the chicken one, but you can also get a veggie one. It doesn't look like much, but it was so good and so filling for so few calories. I wish I'd tried it years ago! As always, the hot sauce and jalapeño cups were free, and the worker was so cheerful and friendly. I couldn't believe how many cars went through that line such a short period of time. This so called "family restaurant" refused to give my 2 year old daughter a lid for her water. We ordered a beef nacho, large mexi-fry, I got a medium soft drink and got her a water. They said we could only have a clear cup for water. I said no worries I just need a lid so she can drink out of it. Apparently they do not have lids that fit the "water cups" and giving her a lid with a cup is against policy. Children, elderly and disabled people should all be able to get a lid to go with their water or any beverage they have ordered. Super disappointed in the workers and manager on duty. If this is a real policy I will not be supporting another taco time. read more

I mistakenly ordered the wrong thing. I was tired and have had a long week, and just needed food. When I told them I got the wrong item, they explained to me I ordered the wrong item and instead of giving me a hard time, the wonderful gentlemen made me what I THOUGHT I ordered, and told me to keep the item I didn't. Honestly the most bizzare experience but decent food! I'm from the east coast and thought this would be similar to a Taco Bell - it is not. We ordered 2 soft tacos and 1 crispy burrito and it was $16 so definitely more similar to qdoba than Taco Bell but you also get more than you would at Taco Bell. Next, the crispy burrito is not a burrito but rather similar to a Taquito. The two tacos were actually burritos. We were very confused by the naming convention haha but otherwise, pleasantly surprised by the food. This was my first time at a taco time. Me and my husband have never heard of it before so we're thinking it would compare to Taco Bell. Not in the slightest. The food wasn't bad, but definitely underwhelming. You get what you pay for! My husband was def more of a fan, for the price we got more food than we could finish! read more

Food is usually good and fresh. The drive through takes a bit, bu worth the wait. Service is good.

This place is so dirty and gross. A few of the booth seats had huge holes and all had nasty stains. The legs of the chairs were dirty and nasty and the sides of the booth benches were too. The ceilings were water stained and disgusting. On top of the sick decor the angry butch looking supervisor lady was extremely rude to the poor guy working the counter and had awful customer service skills herself. She didn't greet us when we came in and just yelled at the poor guy mopping to do it. My refried beans were cold and my veggies not fresh. I will never go back. read more

We don't have Taco Time in the SF area that I know of.... Thank goodness! After seeing so many of them all over the northwest, we decided we needed to try one. Nothing special. At least Taco Bell has cheap, fill-you-up items. We had the fish taco and a regular soft taco. The meat in the soft taco was reportedly better then Taco Bell, but I wasn't even interested in trying it. I got three packs of jalapenos just in case, but they turned out to have almost no heat or flavor. Bland jalapenos? Is that even possible? Maybe if the marketing people buy them? "we need bland peppers so that little old ladies can say they liked them"??? The workers where, well, interesting, but it's fast food, so what do you expect? read more

I've never heard of or seen a taco time down south, and it certainly won't be something I crave. Is there really anything more to say? It's fast food, it's average tasting. I actually thought my taco was pretty good. If you're in need of some fast food, hop on over here. If not, there's no reason to come! The workers are quite...colorful. For fast food, Taco Time is way above what you'd usually expect. We all love a greasy fast food mess from time to time (haha) but as a newcomer to Taco Time, I was really surprised by the quality! It tastes much fresher than other chains and the staff has always been friendly. We've been a few times to this location and haven't had any order issues or missing items. The interactions with the staff wasn't a forced script and they double checked to make sure our order was complete. I'd definitely recommend going here! read more

If you are looking for some quick Mexican food. Taco Time is your place. Since the last review, the seating has been replaced with new one. It's always very clean with pleasant staff. I wouldn't classify this as fast food, but more as authentic tasty Mexican food that is served to you quickly. It's very much so a high step up from Taco Bell. Usually they are pretty good and things are freshly made. The last couple of times we got nachos though, they were stale. This place is expensive too for a drive-thru restaurant. Ok inside, typical fast food restaurant atmosphere...but it was clean and kid friendly. read more

We just had lunch at Taco Time in Port Angeles. Let me first say I am not a violent woman (unless it is about kids or animals then Katy bar the door) but I am so pissed off. My entire order was wrong. No biggy because we are dining in so I walk back up to the counter to tell them they gave me a burrito with beans,which I hate instead, of the soft taco I ordered. The kid at the front is very obviously new and not being supported in his new role. A woman (although I would like to call her other things) who is making food on the line chirps up and says "what?" The kid says she wants a taco instead of a burrito. I said to be clear "I ORDERED a taco instead of a burrito. She stared at me so I stared back. Finally she says "well I'll get to it when I can" and rolls her eyes. No Apology from anyone. My taco never came. I went up to get my money back. He says to her did you make the taco she said no. I said I dont want the taco I want the money. I got the money. This is the fourth time in the last 6 months I've gotten horrible customer service at Taco Time. While their food is usually good (for fast food) THIS particular place would never make it in a city that had more choices than this little town. If you know the owner tell him to hire me for customer service training. He needs it bad. 2 stars instead of 1 because the food is usually fresh, you don't get what you order, but whatever you get, it's fresh. read more
