However, they said they couldn't do modifications to the burritos which I found so weird and non accommodating. We got the special they had going on and they brought it out quickly with chips and salsa. Nothing really worked in the burrito. The filling was bland and the flavors did not go together. It also just did not sit right with any of us after. Wish I could give it a higher rating given its raving Google reviews.

The only bad thing about this place is that it doesn't show up when you search for restaurants in's Port Angeles. The food was great, the price is great, it was like a Mexican restaurant inside. Who knew there was a tasty breakfast spot?!…read more As soon as you walk in, it's bright with some plants and plenty of tables and chairs. We stopped by here on the way to Neah Bay. My bf was enticed by the breakfast burrito (ngl, this was probably one of the BEST breakfast burritos we've ever had!) it's not the standard breakfast burrito...no...it has crispy hashbrowns like really crisp, followed by some outstanding flavors! We only wished the breakfast burrito was a tad bit bigger but wow, it was so delicious! I had their special: the fried chicken sando! That was a messy yet scrumptious sando! The fried chicken was perfect and crisp, the sando overall was nicely stacked. A little too much iceberg lettuce for my taste but I really loved the sliced pickles and not to mentioned, their well-seasoned 4 ingredient fries!!! That seasoning used which we were guessing was crisp chili flakes with salt and pepper and maybe something else that we weren't too sure of, we thought paprika but it wasn't spicy and they were phenomenal! (Their seasoning is a secret...we couldn't get them to spill!) The gal that rang us up was super nice! They have sodas etc for $3 etc and free ice water prepared. They even have a little kitchen set where kids can play and pretend to cook, so cute! Now we know a place for breakfast and we will come back some day again!

We had a 15-20 min wait on a busy Tuesday night but we're glad we waited! Our server was friendly and helpful with choosing cocktails because they had a to. Of unique selection. Haven't ordered more than one at a restaurant before but had to try two here! We thoroughly enjoyed our final selections of Ginny from the Block, Garden era, strawberry bourbon smash and Blackberry goose beer! For our mains we got the alaskan cod and chips and Blackened cod tacos and loved it all. They really know how to prepare tasty cod! The Alaskan cod and chips had the perfect crispy texture and my blackened cod tacos had all the flavor profiles you need. A hint of heat in the Thai chili slaw with a creamy avocado, Crema and the brightness of mango salsa and of course a touch of sour with the HOUSE made pickled red onions. Even better they let me substitute corn tortillas in for the flour. But you can't mix and match your proteins. I didn't need to because I loved both of my blackened cod tacos. The atmosphere is in the name: cozy Gastropub. They have a plethora of beers on tap, but parking is solely on the street so a little bit more challenging than picking your beer but I don't think it would be too challenging if you're up for a small walk. We were able to walk from our Airbnb, so didn't have to figure that part out. Pretty sure it was farther than any walk you might have to do for parking!

We came in a little before 7pm on Tuesday night and there was a line to get on the waitlist for a very packed restaurant. We walked around for a bit, came back, and were able to snag a spot at the bar, so definitely recommend if you can swing it. I was hungry after a day of hiking and also a little cold so I grabbed a cup of their chowder and a salad. My partner also wanted to split an order of the mac & cheese, which is listed on the apps but is a VERY large portion. I almost wish I had forgone my chowder so that I could have eaten more of the mac & cheese. All of the food was very good. It took a little bit to come out, and the bartenders weren't too concerned with us, so you may have to get their attention if you need more water, another drink, etc. Like I said, the food here is very good.
