Was craving some pizza for my cheat day so I stopped here for some pie and wings. The pizza was decent and staff very friendly. Prices are a bit high for the area though and I definitely wouldn't get the wings again - they were absolutely tiny with hardly any substantial meat on them. For my pizza, I got a build your own with beef, jalapeños, and onions. It was really good - reminded me of the old school Pizza Hut pizza from back in the day - especially with the thicker crust texture- I really enjoyed it. My only critique is they need to put a bit more sauce on it. Otherwise it was great. I also got a small order of buffalo wings which, as I mentioned, were puny and not worth it - there wasn't even a mouthful of meat on any of them - they were mostly fat and skin. The sauce had a nice flavor at least - but they shook the wings around in the to-go box to coat them and the sauce spilled and leaked absolutely everywhere so that sucked lol. They need to transfer to a fresh box if they're gonna do it like that. What a mess. The restaurant was clean with retro pizza spot vibes. They have some local (and national brand) beers on tap and canned as well. They're a west coast chain with a couple of locations here locally, as well as some in Cali, Idaho, and even Utah. They offer local specials and fundraiser opportunities. Prices here were high for the area and portions imo. The shop was large and can be booked for parties I think. There was plenty of parking and it's in a good location. Overall a solid choice for pizza in the area. read more

We stopped here after a long day at Olympic. Parking was easy to find but we were also the only ones there at dinner time until the end of our meal. Staff seemed to struggle taking our order for 2 pizzas and wings. The place is run down and reminds us of a 90s Pizza Hut without the buffet. The pizza was okay, not that great. Wings were good. Pricing was about $65. We don't live here but we wouldn't return if we did. read more

We called in an order and got a medium ham + pineapple pizza (haters gonna hate) for like $10?! Idk how they calculated that since we thought it would be $16 from what we saw on the menu but I'm not gonna question it. They said it would be ready in 15mins but it came out faster than that! My brother directed us here on our trip from fishing and I was a bit skeptical from the outside look but the pizza was excellent. We got 2 mediums, one a luau something and one a "create your own", and both were perfect. Hot, loaded with cheese and toppings, and just the right size. We were able to bring a few slices home for our next meals. Their saying is "it's all about the pizza" and they delivered. Great stuff for sure. read more

The saddest pizza in town. I've given Westside three tries, and only one time was it worth going back for. Last night was the worst of the three. Despite picking it up as soon as it came out of the oven and boxed, it was not really hot. It seemed more like the toppings had been melted onto the pizza instead of the whole thing being thoroughly cooked. The toppings were incredibly stingy - we ordered pepperoni, bacon, pineapple, and onions. I'd be surprised if there were 8 pieces of pineapple on the whole pizza, and the bacon was so scant I only tasted it once in three slices. The very light cheese only occupied about 2/3 of each slice. I'm giving it two stars for the employees and quick turn around - though I'd much rather have waited longer and had a good pizza instead. read more

They just refuse to make a pizza to order. Two successive weeks I ordered a pizza with no green peppers and extra garlic (built on top of their named Westside Pizza). The first time I got no green peppers, but also no garlic, which I had paid $4 for as an added topping. The second time I got no garlic and also got green peppers. Stopped here to grab a couple of slices during a road trip. I got the pepperoni and one of the meat specials while my wife got the only veg option they had which was a 4(??) cheese pizza. The slices themselves were extremely hot and fresh, straight out of the oven with a nice crust and generous yet proportional toppings. I'd have loved for the veggies to be seasoned a tad bit and for maybe half the amount of cheese, but that's just a personal choice. What could be improved? Nearly everything. Great if you want mediocre overpriced pizza and to sit at a dirty table. There was only one couple eating in the restaurant when we arrived so I'm not sure why literally every table was filthy. Half the arcade games didn't work, the bathrooms were locked and they started putting chairs on top of tables before 8pm on a Friday night when the door says they close at 10. On a Sunday evening a quarter after 6PM, I ordered online for a 25% discount. I got half Westside half original pan, pesto, replace olives with jalapenos, and the second half gourmet veggie with thin crust, pizza crust, feta instead of mozzarella. They called me to say there's no pesto, so I just had pizza sauce on the entire pizza. I also don't really know what the difference between original pan versus thin crust was, and both sides had mozzarella. Westside was a lot better because there was a meat flavor; the gourmet veggie was lacking veggies on one of the slices. Before heading back to our hotel for the night we wanted to grab some pizza and settled on this place. Turned out to be a great choice! We got a small pepperoni pizza and a giant half and half with Westside minus olives and mushrooms on one side and The Big Kahuna on the other. And to top it off we shared a basket of their dessert stix with apple filling and caramel sauce frosting. Pizza came out pretty quick and was tasty! The dough was soft and fairly thick. It's definitely not a thinner/crisper crust. The crust was crispy as I ate my first 2 slices but as time passed it became softer (which isn't a big deal). They really load it up with cheese which was also great. Plenty of toppings. Overall a really good pizza! Their dessert stix were soooo so good! A good description would be AMAZING. They came out so hot (small bites first as there is potential to burn your mouth!) and that apple filling gave them the taste of hot apple pie. And when you dunk them into the caramel sauce... your taste buds do the happy dance for sure. If you eat here you HAVE to try one of their dessert stix!! You'll be glad you did. My hubs & I are PA newbies & we're excited to find a pizza place that accommodates our vegan palates. We are always treated so kindly (in person & by phone) & they always make our pizza taste so flipn' good. When they've accidentally added cheese to our order, they apologize w/o issues, make another & give us the cheese pizza in which we give to the homeless. There were a couple of times they would look at the pizza & want to do it over b/c they felt the sundried tomatoes were burnt, even though we didn't fuss about it. The employees always go above & beyond for us & we're so grateful. Our only suggestion is to cook the dough just a tad more, even if it burns the sundried tomatoes an itty bit. That can be tasty, we think. ;P For those vegans hidden in PA, we customize the Death By Pizza: Original pan, pesto sauce, then we add our veggies. Soooo goooood! read more

The cheese in the pizza was one of the best I have had. The veggie folks had got gourmet and the veggie pizza. You can order half and half on the same pizza. They loved their pizza. Three of them had a large pizza. We ordered a build to order chicken pizza. Here's what we ordered, chicken, pesto sauce, bell pepper. Onion, jalenpeno and garlic. This was tasty. Two of us finished a medium sized pizza. The hosts kept it open late night even though we came in late. The beer pitcher was good. Highly recommend this place for good late night food and beer after a long day's hike. Saw few arcade games as well we didn't have time to try that tonight. read more

Westside pizza saved the day! We ate at a horrible restaurant attached to our hotel for convenience. Both my husband and I left hungry and frustrated. I looked up pizza online and Westside popped up. We ordered a medium pan cheese pizza, a raspberry dessert bar, and a PB&J dessert bar. Ordering online was a breeze, delivery only took 30 min on a Friday night, and the driver was polite and followed my delivery notes to call me. OMG. It's all delish! First of all the pizza crust on everything is so pillowy and fresh tasting. The seasoning on the cheese pizza is SO GOOD! And those dessert bars.... wow! I can't decide which flavor is better. Both remind me of an elephant ear, and then you dip it in the frosting... YES PLEASE! Next time we are in town we will definitely visit the restaurant for the full experience. We were brought the wrong pizza, so they took it back and brought us what we ordered but all of the pieces had been not only sliced but separated which was odd. The Westside Pizza in Port Angeles is the only pizza place that delivers to my family's house way out in the boonies outside of PA, so we're lucky it's really good pizza! When we're visiting family and don't feel like cooking, Westside Pizza is our go to place to order from. The pizza is always fresh (even though they have to deliver it 15 minutes outside of town) and they have a great variety of toppings and sauces. They have some good coupons on their website, which is convenient. I always seem to get charged a little more than what the coupon says. It's probably user error (I'm not the brightest bulb in the pack), but it's always still a good deal. read more

Though the one thing that made me mark this down is the fountain dispenser looked as if it hasn't been cleaned in months or someone yacked in the overflow tray. On July 2,2002 we arrived to Port Angeles Wa location and proceeded to order our pizza as dine in with two beverages, our order had not come up and I decided to order two more and was told they could not because it was past 10:00 pm I told him I understood and returned to our table to wait for our pizza when it arrived it was in a box so we began to eat our pizza thinking nothing of this then the manager stood in the middle of restaurant and announced we all had to "leave now and finish your food elsewhere" (6 unrelated tables most appeared to be families) one table had yet to receive their order but all ordered to finish their food elsewhere when we asked to speak to manager the young man exclaimed he was the manager and refused to speak to us again telling everyone to leave at once. I have never seen this before in my life growing up in this industry I know to at least stop taking orders a half hour before closing and be courteous to customers but no wanting to any customers just simply rude people and all six tables were finishing their food on the hoods, trunks or in their cars and you could see the employees looking outside and laughing about it just disgusting customer service. read more
