Taco Time is usually a top quality establishment. This particular location needs to be reviewed by TT mothership for compliance. Walk in Order took forever. My husband brought me home a taco salad that had chicken instead of beef he ordered. Chicken was fridge cold, had no flavor and several pieces that were so hard I had to spit them out. We stopped in Arlington for a quick lunch. My husband and I ordered burritos: a beef and a bean. When they came, we were amazed. The bean burrito looked like pig slop. Nothing in it but soupy sauce which was supposed to be beans, and cheese which also was soupy. The beef one was also like slop. I cannot believe they actually sell these as burritos! We used to like eating here, but we recently had a bad experience. My boyfriend found something hard and black in his burrito meat. Not sure what it could have been, but it was definitely not supposed to be a part of the dish. It resembled a rock or a chipped part from a machine. What a bad way to end the meal. This is the first Taco Time that was just not good. My crispy beef tacos were stale and NOT crispy. Also the lettuce was weird tasting and didn't look like shredded iceberg lettuce. It was dark green and roughly chopped in large pieces. I also ordered Crispy Chicken Burrito which was under cooked and not crispy. Very light in color and looked undercooked. I didn't eat my 2 beef tacos and only partially ate my crisp burrito because I was so hungry. Not recommending to eat at this TacoTime by the Quilceda Casino in Marysville. One star because service was friendly but food was a No star. read more

I'm so dissatisfied with the service I have received tonight. I have ordered the same thing that I have for 5 years and everyone else fulfills except this one manager... he's extremely rude however and was rude to me over the speaker tonight. I asked for the meal I usually get and it was a women taking my order but then he jumps on and got very ugly with me he cursed at me and called me a bitch. I didn't appreciate his insult/ tone of voice i don't know his name but he's overweight and wears glasses. He's extremely rude and aggressive and I just wish he could have given me my order it doesn't make sense to be mean to someone just trying to order a meal. I probably won't come back to this location just go to Marysville instead. At least their service is nice and not controlled by some jerk / someone who curses at you great customer service guys. read more

Perhaps my first 5 star fast food review. It was like we had been transformed to another world where the staff were amazingly friendly and fast. My wife and I were both overwhelmed with the super friendly, and super attentive staff. The person who brought out our food said "I started your order before it was complete because I overheard what you were ordering". As we ate our meal it was like watching an episode of Cheers were regulars were greeted by name and with witty banter. I have never been in another Taco Time quite like this one. read more

Usually love taco time but this one in smokey point is horrible. Gave it another shot after receiving cold soggy crisp burritos last time, the order taker was rude to my wife, sighed exaggerating heavily both times she asked a question, I asked for some sauces, he said they were in the bag, there was none, plus half my Baja taco outside underneath the tortillas, not a huge deal but from this store it's just par for the course. Three stars for the fresh food. My only complaint is regarding my visit today. I ordered the two coconut shrimp tacos meal larges sized. I noticed my soda wasn't large and brought it to the attention of the guy at the window (it said his name is Bill on the receipt.) He argued with me that I never asked for it to be upsized. If I hadn't then why mention it! He was rude and lacks basic customer service skills. I then asked for two ranch and two hot sauces. He said 'i already put them in the bag' and then closed the window. Come to find out he didn't put them in the bag and my order was wrong. I ended up with the shrimp tacos, but not the coconut shrimp. Doesn't seem like a big deal but his poor attitude and everything else on top of it made this visit a bad one. Hopefully, if I go there again, it'll be the nice woman whom is usually at the window. read more

Only two stars for this Taco Time. In general, I love Taco Time, as it seems like their food is often better quality than you can typically find at fast food. Also, the food options are generally good. However, my one complaint of this place is that they forgot to give us the ranch with our meal. We were literally sitting at the drive-thru and I asked for the ranch, he turned around, and it appeared as though he was putting the ranch in our bag. Get going down the road... and no ranch! This isn't normally a big deal, but it is enough for me to knock then down on their star rating. I'm willing to change my review if things improve at the next visit. read more

However, after an unpleasant series of events at the nearby Taco Bell, I thought I'd give Taco Time another shot. This establishment has recently been remodeled, which is a plus. Food was fresh and made to order. Fast service. Cons: Less than enthusiastic employees, bordering rude. When I asked what the salad dressing options were, the young gent pointed to the overhead menu and simply said "it says up there". Well, thank you for pointing out the obvious but the font is so small I cannot read it with the naked eye. Oh well, perhaps he was having a rough day. I'll be back again. No hard feelings. read more

For a fast food taco place they can't get you your food in under 15-20 min on a good day let alone on a weekend.... I paid 17$ for two classic borritos last night and got them without refried beans and it looked like they played catch with it before putting in the bag.... I've not been to Taco Time in I can't even remember the last time. But we were out shopping all day and needed food. They've got a taco salad here that is low on carbs if you don't eat the chips that come along with. They have one of those cool soda machines, though I'm not a soda drinker I had to give it a try and added a little bit of flavoring to my drink it was nice. I ended up getting a large and only ate half so I went back to the register to ask for a to go and she was super nice. Great overall experience! read more

DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING! This store, WITHOUT FAIL, always either forgets an item or gives you the wrong one entirely. I used to pull forward in the drive-through to check my bag so I was not holding up the customers behind me but I learned the hard way (due to their one-way exit) to not leave the window before checking EVERYTHING. We now know that aside from checking for our food itself, that we must confirm our own order to them (did you exclude meat products as ordered?).... Nothing more disgusting to a vegetarian with limited options for fast food (taco time being our only choice anyway) than expecting beans and getting a big OL' bite of nasty beef ;( thanks a lot taco time, good thing I'm not allergic to it! And what happens when someone is lactose-intolerant or something and they still add a bunch of dairy?
