The food tasted authentic (my uncle and I were even comparing the rice to the kind you'd get at a hispanic party lol). Their salsas are also made in house and range in spice levels. The staff explains which ones are which and organizes them by spice level, which I really appreciated. I ordered the flautas de papa and OMG they were delicious! They were perfectly fried and paired nicely with the 4th spiced salsa. I will definitely be back soon to have these again Overall: 10/10! Definitely recommend!

The menu keeps things straightforward: a selection of meats served as tacos or plates with a handful of sides. I ordered two barbacoa tacos with salsa verde. Less than two minutes after placing my order, they were in my hands. Fast service on a scorching day is always appreciated. With no seating available, I retreated to the comfort of my car to eat. Based on the amount of grease packed into these tacos, I would recommend doing the same. Eating them while standing could end with your shirt becoming an unintended side dish. One thing to note: don't count on a generous napkin supply. I realized after returning to my car that none were included. Consider keeping a few emergency fast-food napkins in your glove compartment. Those leftover Taco Bell napkins may finally fulfill their destiny. The barbacoa was flavorful, the salsa verde complemented it well, and overall, the tacos were overall tasty. OKAY I first discover this truck when a friend took me and I have loved it ever since! The best authentic tacos comes from this food truck, hands down! Taco Salsa's tacos are a little different from others because the corn tortillas are slightly crunchy and fried, but not like a hard taco and it's DELICIOUS. I usually get the pastor tacos on corn and top it with their spicy green sauce. They have a clean seating area that most trucks don't have and lots of napkins.
