Not bad. definitely different style tacos as far as the flavor profile and the tortilla for the tacos. I would assume these are freshly made based on the softness. i tried pastor, asada and pork belly, among those 3 i think the asada was the best. Its simple and i guess it only needed the hot sauce to enhnce the flavor. Its outdoor seating, definitely giving me hole in the wall business which is pretty nice. It's combined with a grocery store and a bat, almost all inclusive if you planned on getting lunch and grocery shopping afterwards. For the price and portion size for the taco, its pretty reasonable, especially in the current economy with the rising expenses. you can definitely get a full meal off of 3 or 4 tacos. read more

Came here for a late lunch. They have indoor and outdoor seating, very casual, no AC but they turn on the fan. For Taco Tuesday, their deal is $1.99 per taco. I ordered the carne asada and barbacoa taco. The carne asada was a bit dry, but the barbacoa taco was super juicy, so I would recommend that. I also got the Saas attack, it was basically I giant taco, maybe 4 times bigger than their regular tacos. It was crispy and flavorful, kinda oily, with a tangy kick. Service was nice too. read more

Came in on a Wednesday afternoon, and it seemed like it was a one man show from what I saw and service was great, Ray was so friendly and quick to make my order. I ordered the quesobirria combo which came with a side of rice and beans, and I also ordered 2 asada tacos. One asada taco was $2.50 which I think was a steal here. All their tacos are made with fresh hand made tortillas and they are PACKED with protein. I'm not talking about no king taco, two bite tacos here (which are already like $2 btw)--these were double king taco tacos and for the same price?? And their queso Birria tacos at $4 was a pretty damn good deal too. They do NOT skimp you out on any meat. This is a nice place for a casual lunch with friends as well. The location offers only outdoor dining; however, during my visit, there were no outdoor tables or chairs available for you to use. "Saas" Attack: This thing is essentially a giant taco/quesadilla in a fried flour tortilla. There's a thick layer of cheese over the tortilla and it is stuffed with your choice of meat (I recommend al pastor) and more filling than I could figure out. If you're hungry, I recommend trying one of these, it was a flavorful combination. It comes with a giant serrano pepper! Tacos: These tacos come in a handmade corn tortilla, topped with onions, cilantro, and your choice of sauce. I got the barbacoa and al pastor and both were delicious. Quesobirria Tacos: These are tacos filled with birria and cheese in a flour fried shell. It was delicious and came with a side of consume to dip, lemons, and cucumbers with tajin. You'll find this walk up taco spot on the corner of Rush and Central with a few other businesses. There is a parking lot and also some street parking available. I went in on my lunch break for a quick bite and I was so happy with my choice of restaurant. I had a vegetarian taco and an asada mulita with chips and salsa verde. Everything was so good! I would drink the salsa if I could. The chips were a bit on the salty side. The taco was really tasty with the grilled veggies. They have tables available for outdoor dining (mind the flies).
