I was able to enjoy Orale Mojo at Evans Brewing Co in Corona. I was hungry and ordered 8 tacos for myself. I got 2 pastor, 2 carne asada, 2 pork belly, 1 pollo and 1 longaniza chorizo. Everything was awesome, but the pork belly tacos really stood out. The meat was super tender and was nice and smokey. The pollo tacos had nice chunks of tasty grilled chicken which I preferred over places that use shredded chicken. Asada, pastor and chorizo were all great too, the pork belly and pollo were just that much more awesome. All tacos came with plenty of cilantro and onion...pork belly had cabbage. Radishes and cucumber were also served with the tacos. My wife got some mulitas and thought they were some of the best she has had. She had pork belly and asada. Orale Mojo had 4 different salsas, a hot red salsa, a mild green salsa, a mild crème sauce and an avocado sauce. All 4 of these were delicious, and the hot salsa was actually hot and had a nice flavor. Mixing the hot and the crème worked well on the pastor taco. From looking at Orale Mojo's social media it seems that they post up at a number of local breweries. If you are a fan of tacos and craft beer I would recommend checking their schedule and finding them for a night of tacos and beer. I think the pork belly tacos alone are worth the drive. Finally was able to try this place out and was not disappointed! They had some mango agua fresca which paired beautifully with the food. Additionally, as someone who is a vegetarian, I'm grateful that they cleaned the grill before they started cooking my soyrizo burrito. Tempo Cantina used to be my favorite place for tacos and burritos until I tried Orale Mojo at the Stout House. The food is cooked to perfection served hot and full of flavor. I loved that the quesadilla wasn't greasy and nothing was over seasoned. The carne asada burrito was the star of the show for me. The flavor and portions of the meat, rice, cheese and beans was perfect. The green salsa was my favorite but they were all good depending on what you order and your tolerance for heat. The entire staff was super cool, we had multiple people ordering so it was a large order but they had no issues handling it. Now on to the good stuff, the food was bomb! We decided to use them again for my sons graduation party and prior to the event even occurring had a completely different experience. First of all, they totally tried to rip us off. In addition to the per person charge for the package, they were charging us $2.35/person extra for the meat, something they did not do three months prior. Secondly, they were charging us more than their menu price for chips and guacamole. After pointing these things out to us, they apologized and said they would send an updated invoice, but never did. After waiting several days, my husband asked again for an updated invoice, which they finally sent. One day later they sent us an email saying they couldn't hold our date - after we waited a week for a corrected invoice, they cancel us in one day with NO WARNING. Had they taken the time to ask they would have learned that my father-in-law had a stroke and was hospitalized, but they didn't ask - just canceled our reservation.
