We also had appetizers of chicken wings (great sauce) a cheese and meats tray. Then there were the best ribs my husband's ever tasted. Salad, honey cornbread, everything was cooked to perfection and somehow kept at the perfect temperature. There was enough for everyone to have seconds and there were leftovers, but they didn't last long. All kinds of BBQ is a hidden gem. Jesse even walked around to the tables checking on our guests. I also hired a churro company to serve churros after the food, so their late start caused them to start late too. Suggestion is to check traffic before an event to avoid being late especially if they have a long commute. Also the griddle used to cook food should be bigger to accommodate large parties.
